        We stayed here last week for 2 nights while in Capri and had the absolute best experience! Antonio is an absolutely amazing manager and his hospitality is unmatched - we were greeted with pastries, espresso, and an overview of the island and even got welcome Prosecco sent up to our room that evening! He was so welcoming, accommodating and kind and the reason I wanted to write this review. We had a great experience with the other staff members being helpful as well. The location is so convenient - right next to the ferries in the marina. You do have to take the tram up to the main part of Capri, but it's conveniently located right next to the hotel and only takes 5 minutes to take up and the front desk sells tickets for 2.50 euros each. Our room was clean and large and the included breakfast had plenty of selections. The views over the marina are stunning. Checkout did take a bit longer than expected, so plan for that when leaving. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here! Grazie for an amazing experience Antonio and staff!

        I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that claimed to be a 4-star establishment, but my experience was anything but luxurious. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards. The room I was assigned to was shockingly dirty and in desperate need of proper cleaning. To my dismay, upon entering the bathroom, I discovered a towel that had obvious lipstick stains on it. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had not bothered to thoroughly inspect and replace used towels. Furthermore, there was a noticeable absence of towels altogether, leaving me and my companions without proper amenities. The disappointment continued when I inspected the bed sheets and pillowcases, which were undeniably dirty. It was evident that they had not been changed since the previous guest had checked out. This lack of attention to cleanliness is simply unacceptable for a supposedly upscale hotel. Adding insult to injury, the bathroom amenities were also far from satisfactory. The conditioner provided was half-used, indicating that it had been recycled from a previous guest. This lack of attention to detail is not only unhygienic but also reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Perhaps the most egregious offense occurred when I went downstairs to address these concerns with the front desk staff. The receptionist I encountered was incredibly rude and dismissive, as if my complaints were of no consequence. It was apparent that they had no interest in listening or resolving the issues I had encountered during my stay. To make matters worse, when I escalated the situation to the manager, they conveniently shifted the blame onto the laundry department. While it's true that mistakes can happen, it is the responsibility of the management to ensure that the hotel maintains its promised standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Blaming the laundry is simply an excuse for their own lack of oversight. In conclusion, this hotel's claim of being a 4-star establishment is a gross misrepresentation. The dirty room, stained towels, unwashed bed sheets, half-used amenities, and the disrespectful attitude of the front desk staff all contributed to an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel and look elsewhere for a more reputable and genuinely 4-star accommodation option. See pictures attached.

        Overall, our stay here was great. Location cannot be beat, just a few minute walk from the ferry and right by the beach. My only complaint is that when we were checking out, the process took super long. The staff member was assisting another guest with some sort of issue which took up a lot of her time. We stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes waiting to be helped. This actually caused us to almost miss our ferry - after finally being helped we had to run with all our luggage to the ferry. I would however consider staying here again because of the great location.

        We enjoyed our stay mostly because of the staff. Antonio is genuinely a kind person who wanted my wife and I to enjoy our stay. Marianna is another staff member who I thought was also very kind and helpful. The hotel is very relaxed, the team is well organized, the service was more than welcoming. Antonio recommended the restaurant Da Gelsomina which was one of the highlights of the trip. My wife and I had a great time and should we return back to Capri over the years, we would like to go back to Maresca.

        One word to describe this hotel, GROSS. Upon arrival to my room I noticed right away the distressed condition of the room, stains all over the walls, scuff marks all over , and then when I went to lay down in bed OMG, the smell was HORRIFIC. The bed, the mattress, the mattress pad smelled like Pee and Sweat, like years worth of sweat and body odor from everyone who laid on it from the past 10 years. YUCK YUCK YUCK.. then i looked under the bed and found a bunch of air fresher stuffed under the bed to try to mask the smell ,And the label on the air freshner showed toxic harmful chemicals. The smell was so bad I got no sleep and felt sick after staying here, the mattress had tons of yellow stains on it, the mattress was 17 years old, yuck. And when I addressed this with the manager and front desk they screamed and yelled at me. The people working and running this hotel are very bad people, they only care about money. This place looks nothing like the photoshopped pictures they put online either. Its like a motel 6, no joke. its that bad DO NOT STAY HERE. And the tripadvisor 5 star reviews are fake!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
