Absolutely beautiful hotel with great staff. All staff members ensured we had a wonderful stay, starting from the concierge who is always present (morning and night) at the entrance of the hotel to the reception desk and restaurant staff members. We received a free upgrade for our 2 night stay and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and when asked to buy their own baked cookies, they offered the recipe to make some at home! We received multiple personal notes from hotel manager along with complementary goodies throughout the stay. Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel is walking distance to all the major attractions within Florence city center.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We were welcomed by the amazing staff, where they gave us drinks upon arrival, showed us a map of the city and their recommended places to see, then took our luggage to our room while we went to lunch. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the room is perfect. The staff is really what makes this place top notch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms aren’t anything super crazy but the SERVICE IS UNPARALLELED! Both Giovanni and Denisa were so incredibly helpful with any ask that we had. Planned an incredible day in Tuscany for us, always had great restaurant recommendations and helped us with getting a dress last minute hemmed - absolutely unbelievable. Cannot recommend staying here enough!

The hotel boasts a lovely location and stunning rooms, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. We felt warmly welcomed during every interaction with any member of the hotel team. I want to extend a special thank you to Denisa and Giovani for their attentive and friendly nature, and for taking the time to address all of our queries with beautiful smiles. Their recommendations and directions helped us maximize our short visit to the magnificent Florence. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
