Marta the host was very accommodating. She recommended us places to visit during our 5 day stay in Florence and didn’t disappoint. The Location is walking distance from the main station which was helpful with our big luggages and is also waking distance to major landmarks. We will be back. Grazie Mille!

Very cute place! Stayed for 2 nights and got great sleep. Large and comfy bed; safe and quiet location. 9 minute direct walk from the train station. Franco greeted us on arrival and gave helpful tips and recommendations for exploring and eating. The place is very clean. Nice construction and thoughtfully decorated…seemed like a caring touch was made to set things up in with the guest in mind. Will definitely book again if we get to come back to Florence. Notes: First floor entry- no stairs to climb. Large rooms. Quaint with just a few rooms in the place. Breakfast area accessible all day with tea, coffee, water, packaged crackers and cookies. Outdoor patio and courtyard accessible by the breakfast room and some of the hotel rooms.

Super spot in Florance. As we came in by train from Pisa we wanted a spot close to the train station to get rid of the luggage and start exploring. Franco is amazing in communication, service and all and all good guys. Open to answering all your questions. Send us an e mail after checking in with tips and tricks to make our trip more fun. Which it did. Great stay. Enjoyed the garden out back for one evening for a drink.

The host Franco is very friendly. The location is great as it is very close to the train station. The room is very clean and tidy. Commual areas are nice too, a quiet back yard and a team room with 4 sets of tables and chairs for customers to chill out. Snacks, biscuits and coffee are available too. A microwave is in the tea room if you need. There is also a small fridge in our room. Luggages can be left before check-in and after check out. The only issue we found in our room is the shower head leaked a bit from the joint to the hose, which affected the shower pressure.

The place is very good! The owner is reaaally helpful and nice! Just if you are with a car is difficult to leave your luggage, because you have to drop the bags and then park the car in a parking, which is 5 mins away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
