Amazing stay at Peter’s villa - what a wonderful man! We felt very at home, we got picked up and to the airport and even got our laundry done! The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Felt very safe and great location to the old town, quiet at night.

Had a lovely stay here over Christmas, the owner Peter was very helpful with giving us ideas on what to do around Hoi An. Also helped us to rent a motorbike from his brothers shop for a good price too. Will come back if I'm in Hoi An! Thank you

Great value family-run hotel. Bright and spacious room, spotlessly clean, with a luxurious bathroom. Good location between the old town and the beach, easily accessible on the free bicycles available. 10 minutes to the Old Town, and a 20-30 minute pleasant ride to the beach alongside paddy fields. Very friendly and attentive host, who arranged my transport to and from Danang and even made me a herbal salts foot bath to ease my sore feet after walking around the town in new shoes!

Lovely family run accommodation with spacious room and clean pool. Delicious breakfast. Host is attentive and helpful, likes a chat! He sorted out our transport and cooking class for us. It is slightly further away from old town but never was an issue as they have free bikes for guests to use (decent bikes). Very much recommend!

We stayed 9 nights at Relax Garden Villa and had a fantastic time there. Our host, the owner, is such a friendly, resourceful and kind person. He invited us for coffee and beer and we had a wonderful time. Our room was clean everyday with fresh towels. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Hoi An.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
