My stay at Relax Hotel was good but not great. The staff were nice, especially the security guard and the cleaning lady who were so kind. At first, there were no towels in the room, then we asked the staff who generously provided us with the needed towels. The room was clean and overlooking the mall which was disturbing especially during the night as the ventilation system was almost ON all the time and generated a pitched sound. Also, we could hear the guests of the other room!!

I had an amazing stay at the Relax Hotel during my recent business trip to Casablanca. I landed on a early morning flight and reached the hotel way before check-in time, but the receptionists were very accommodating and I was put in a room quite quickly. The location was amazing as it’s a few minutes away from the Casa Voyageurs station. Would definitely consider it again if I have to come back to Casa on a short trip! :)

Fantastic location. Right next to the train station. A modern hotel with all the amenities you need. The staff is wonderful. Especially Maryam at front desk, the gentleman at breakfast and the girl at the concierge. Great value for money in Casa in a safe spot.

Budget hotel with amazing staff. My stay was supposed to be only a night and then take the train from Casa Voyageurs to Marrakech. However, I ended up sick and extended my stay at the hotel while waiting on my stomach bug to pass. The staff really made the extended stay comfortable as they were very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to even the security doormen, everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Where do I start? I've never had to wait to check in when showing up an hour after the check-in time. Over 30 minutes. I've never had to ask for an iron. it's usually provided. They only gave 3 towels, one for your hands, one for the wet floor, and one for the shower. The key card wouldn't work and had to go all the way back down to get a new one, every.single.night. I asked them to fix the shower, and i felt like i walked into a murder scene upon my return, bootprints all over the hotel, a big red mark that couldve been blood and throughout the whole process of them cleaning my room, they acted like i was inconveniencing them!! They kept forgetting to clean my room, i had to literally request it, and they would show up so late - like 17:00! I killed a huge spider on the wall and saw a cockroach in the lobby. That was interesting. Then they came with a supervisor to help me resolve these issues? No!! They came to tell me to keep my door closed at all times, and I explained to them that the average moroccan man would struggle to close this door. It's been jamming, and you have to use a lot of strength. When i showed them that the both of them wouldn't be able to do it 5x a day like i had been doing, they apologized and walked away. They offered to fix it, but it was the last day of my 10 day stay, and me and my mom were just so exhausted with this hotel, I just told them to please leave me alone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
