I planned my trip to Munich at the beginning of December 2023. Unfortunately the city was hit by a snowstorm and Munich airport closed for several days. My booking with this hotel did not include a refund, however considering the extraordinary weather conditions I requested a voucher to be able to reschedule my stay later. With incredible rudeness, the hotel manager did not accept my request and due to this inflexible attitude I do not feel like giving more than 1 out of 5.

My 8 months old daughter got really sick with urticaria due to the lack of cleaning in the hotel. People from frontdesk (germans) are not friendly at all and just make every possible situation just worse. Hotel is super expensive and the facilities do not correspond to the price paid. Do not stay here!!!!

Great rooms more space than we expected. Clean design. Front staff nice. Coffee downstairs was a little thicker and you have to pay but better than the stuff in the room. Not a great location but close to haptbanhauf and agin really nice on inside. Has AC!!! One of the hottest weekends in Munich in a long time and worth every penny.

This is a nice Hotel, clean and the rooms are big and spacious , breakfast was good , the lack of a proper bar facility was a bit disappointing, a small area really a business Hotel, a bit of a walk to the city centre, wouldn't return stay was good

The receptionist didtn know where the nearest ambulance was and didnt want to check online, and at midnight sent me in wrong direction. Also wouldnt be so bad if you have thermometer to offer. The breakfast is really delicious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
