Decent place, really good location. As a tourist, it's in a bit of a funky location where you will get promoters coming at you. Services were good, sauna is probably the highlight. Capsule was pretty comfy, I think some people may struggle with the ladder. - Bit annoying to travel up/down between luggage, shoes, bathrooms etc - Only one elevator, so during busy times you might be waiting a while

Do not stay here if you have luggage. There is no space to keep luggage except on ground floor of hostel while rooms are on floor 9. All showering is done in locker room on floor 4 but carry on bag won’t fit in locker and no storage in pod or pod floor on level 9. This capsule hotel is made for locals without luggage. The pod itself is nice but the not being able to store anything nearby was annoying. They also don’t provide any slippers, even though you can’t wear shoes upstairs. Also you must leave the building by 10am even if you have booked multiple nights, so no sleeping in.

This place sucked!: 1. Shared locker AND shower change area (weiners everywhere!) 2. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU INDOOR SHOES! They expect you to go barefoot during your stay! (Thankfully the bathrooms do have slippers). Even the poor STAFF are barefoot! 3. No free softdrinks or WATER in the lounge! You can drink tap water, or buy drinks from the vending machine! 4. The "capsule" has a section in the back where the light and power outlet reside. It hasn't been cleaned in centuries, as I found two giant dust bunnies near the outlet I had to blow away! 5. Speaking of the capsule, the mattress was hard as a rock, and so was the pillow! 6. The toilets were so cramped, that it was hard to get in the stall without touching the toilet bowl! The only good thing about this place was the helpful staff, and being very close to the Shimbashi Station. Overall, a terrible capsule hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
