        We booked this hotel last minute due to other hotel cancelling on us the day we were flying, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was in the centre but not around the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam and we has a nice view of the canal. The room was quite small but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t stay in the hotel that much, the room was clean. I read reviews prior about the bathroom being dated however the shower was excellent and had a hairdryer. We arrived quite late but there was a drop box for the keys which was perfect for us and we checked in in the morning, the lady at the front desk was lovely, only downside was the €45 tourist and amenities fee but was more than happy to pay it due to us having to book last minute and wanted somewhere close to the city centre. Overall was a lovely experience

        We stayed for three nights at this hotel. Fantastic location in the city centre. All attractions are conveniently reachable on foot. Comfortable hotel, with a truly original hall in a historic building in the city. The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and had everything you needed. Great coffee in the morning!         I payed for a cheap room and was pleasantly surprised for Amsterdam in terms of size and amenities. But the reason for my 5* is the service at the front desk. 10/10 not only friendly but very characterful. The gentleman that welcomed me was more than happy to help and added a special touch to my short visit of this Hotel!

        Sorry to say this but we are disgusted by how this hotel lacks integrity. Upon check in, we were informed that we have to pay 60 Euros, initially thought that was a deposit and will be refundable but turns out it is for “tourist tax and cleaning fees etc”. Within the same day (afternoon and night) - we personally witnessed 2 other guests raising their concern and frustration on this. One thing in common, all were booked via Agoda. The male aged host even implied that they should have known there were additional charges when the amount seems too low to be true on the web. They pressed on by saying that it is a charge of Agoda and we can receive a refund just by reaching out to their CS support. A backpacker even cancelled his booking on the spot as a result. Upon requesting for an official invoice, thats when we found out 80% of the charges being imposed by the hotel and only

        The property is amazing! I was a guest in the appartements building. And I really enjoyed my stay their. Apartment is spacious compared to the sizes in central. Facilities and amenities are available and working very good condition. Apartment is well furnished with all details you require. Hotel staff and management are so friendly and helpful when needed. I loved the place and would definitely recommended and come back again. Thank you “Elena” and all staff.
