This should be a 5 star hotel. I can not recommend this place enough. We had the most amazing stay and I was heartbroken to have to leave. My husband and I stayed at a few different hotels during our time in Greece (including a 5 star hotel) and this ruined the rest of them for us because none of them compared. Vassilis and Christina made us feel like we were being welcomed into their home as family and they made fantastic recommendations. The rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful as well. It was clear that they are passionate about what they do and they wanted to make it an incredible visit for us. The room (Senior Suite) was very spacious and comfortable and clean. They serve a fresh different breakfast every morning on the balcony which was some of the best food we had during our whole visit. The view was stunning and peaceful. I was already planning my next trip to Remezzo before I even left.

All I can say is wow! We only stayed here briefly at the tail end of our trip but I wish we stayed here longer because it was so idyllic. We were greeted so warmly by Christina and Maria who were so kind and personable. They went above and beyond for us and made sure our stay was perfect. Vassillis was also so great and so helpful! Beautiful area and spot and did not even want to leave the suite as we had an incredible view, tub, lounge chairs. Sunset was picturesque from Remezzo and we just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Remezzo! Christina and Vassili were incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way from suggested activities and restaurants to arranging transportation for us! The four course breakfast each day was delicious and if you can’t make the breakfast they even pack you one to go!! The location was perfect close enough to everything but also quiet and peaceful! The honeymoon suite was amazing! Will definitely come back!!

Amazing. Wonderful. Beautiful. Just the perfect honeymoon experience. From the rooms, to the view, to the food, and to the hospitality. Everything was more than perfect. First of all, the location is at Imerovigli, which is a peaceful town north of Fira. It is a very tranquil place away from all the other things. It is also situated at the top of the island cliff and looks over from the center of the island - the view is impeccable… my wife and I thought we were in a dream… The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, featuring a unique cave-like atmosphere. The hotel even gave us a room upgrade after our third day staying! One of our top highlight is the breakfast!! Every morning we were greeted with four courses of meal featuring fresh bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, and different main dishes. All of the dishes were freshly crafted in the kitchen and they all tasted so good!!! We still think about them til this day… especially that they were included in the hotel package!! Vasilis and his staff including Christina and Mario (and others), are all very welcoming and helpful! Really felt like being with a family there. They contributed greatly to our positive experience staying here at Remezzo. We really hope we can come back to Santorini again one day, and when we do, we will for sure stay at Remezzo again without any hesitation 😄

We had the most special stay at Remezzo. We only stayed for one night before flying back the next day, but it was one to remember. Easy to organise transfer and pick up from the port. Vasilis gave us a lovely warm welcome, with a real personal touch. The hotel itself is beautifully done, with great views of the Caldera. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Santorini. Flawless! We will be back for our Honeymoon. Thank you Vasilis and team!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
