I picked this hotel because of it's super strategic location, only 1 minutes walk from Akihabara station. Initially only planned to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 6 nights, making this place a base of my stay in Tokyo... 😆 The room is small but still ok for moving around and arranging luggage. I got a nice, clean room with a view of Akihabara area. The star of the room is of course the Massage Chair. Very useful after walking on average 15k steps a day! The staff are really nice. I arrived early at the hotel and they let me put my luggage いn the lobby, so I can walk around the area freely until my check in time at 2. They helped me a lot too including helping me to measure my luggage weight before I checked out...

Located exactly beside of Akihabara Station Yamanote Line, this is the perfect choice if you're looking for ease of access. Many option of restaurant and convenience store you can find here. Well, since it's in Akihabara, you can explore them within walking distance. And since the station is Yamanote Line, it's very easy to hop onto other popular cities of Tokyo, but Akihabara is truly one of my favorite city. For the room is a little bit cramped but it's considered normal for Tokyo Hotels. There's a massage chair which is a plus point. Everything is just fine and the check-in is super quick. Highly recommend because of the location.

Location cannot be any better. I could almost roll off bed and drop at Akihabara station. And there’s a massage chair in the room. Layout of toilet is a little strange, with toilet and shower divided by a long dresser. These in turn are collectively divided from the twin beds. Staff are generally warm and accommodating on par with similar hotels such as Akihabara Washington across the street. Breakfast with the attached cafe is NOT GOOD. You only have choice of a single dish with unlimited small salads and drinks.

Great location, dirty room. 1) There was a cockroach on the table of the massage chair. 2) Towels were dirty / stained. We even found hair in them. 3) Toilet walls had stains and toilet area smelled like pee. Toilet also did not have the heating function, which many public toilets have. 4) Gap on the glass table had dirt from previous guests stuck. 5) Housekeeping staff were quite loud in the mornings and we could hear them through the door. Not very consistent with replenishing water. 6) Water pressure from overhead pressure was not very strong. 7) Walls looked strange, like plastered with some temporary soundproof padding. 8) Only good thing was the proximity to train station (which had direct bus to airport) and many food and shopping options. But then again, there is the newer JR Hotel Mets at the station that I regret not booking.

Very convenient location. Less than a minute's walk from Akihabara Station, which is a good station for East Tokyo. Rooms are impressive with lots of surface for your things. No bathtub in the bathroom, but shower pressure and temperature control were great. My room had a window which provided great natural lighting in the morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
