Nice modern hotel in a central location. A close walk to Shimbashi station which is a major transport hub which connects JR lines, metro and subway so very convenient for exploring Tokyo. Rooms are reasonably standard and clean for Japanese hotels but with the addition of a massage chair. On top of the standard amenities, one freebie per night was offered such as facial masks, skincare kits, nicer razors, etc. There was also free instant soba over the new year period. The only downside for this hotel is the lack of a bathtub in every room, and no self-service laundry.

A nice hotel. They didnt provide coin laundry since it is an upscale hotel. The staffs speaks fluent english. They provide many amenities to *support* our good night sleep. Located very strategically. On the building they got family mart, across donquijote.

It's a good and decent hotel for the price and especially its very central location in Ginza and nearby Shimbashi station. Rooms though small are clean, well equipped and adequate. Love the massage chair! Convenient vendo and ice machine in each floor. Free amenities and drip coffee sachets at the lobby. A Don Quixote is also just a minute or two away!

Great location with very nice rooms. While they wanted to charge me per hour to check in early, they still checked me in without charge about 20 minutes in advance. While waiting, I ate a good lunch at their restaurant. I stayed 8 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The local Shimbashi train station was about 5 to 10 minutes away by walking. I could use that station to get pretty much everywhere, of course, including transfers when needed. Much of the time, I just walked to where I wanted to go since many interesting sites were conveniently within walking distance. I had no problem with the service, though I had little need for help from the front desk. The wifi system was excellent. I was able to stream video without problems. The hotel and the rooms are very modern and are kept very clean. Room service was excellent and performed at a predictable time between 10 AM to 2 PM. You can hang a sign declining the service and I only used it a couple times. The rooms have modern conveniences including a small refrigerator, a kettle for making tea, a fancy Japanese toilet with a bidet, a large flat screen 4k television, and a good air conditioning system. The beds were very comfortable and they provided a pair of nice pajamas to wear inside the room. The views outside from my 9th floor window were superb. The room was very quiet and had black out shades. There are also very convenient stores to buy food to eat in the room that are right outside the hotel. All in all, a great stay, and I would definitely return again if I come back.

Nice but small rooms. Accomidities are Basic. They don't Provide any beverages other than tea. They also have no laundry Machines, but Provide a washing service with spicy over the moon prices per Item. The next coin laundry is 1km away. Overall a Clean hotel, but definitly the worst i have been in Japan considering the high Standards.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
