        This hotel in downtown Chicago is located right on the river, with easy access to River north, the Loop, and several subway lines. The hotel has a nice interior and is fairly well furnished. The front desk was polite and responsive to our requests. Check in and check out were very easy. The rooms were okay. Beds were comfortable, and the sound proofing was pretty good. Pillows and blankets were a bit thin, so we had to request more due to the cold weather. Luckily they were brought up quickly. The bathrooms were disappointing. The plumbing is old, so it takes forever to get any hot water in the sink or shower. The water temperature is also not too consistent. Finally, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided were of terrible quality. My skin and hair were not enjoying these products, and they smelled bad. Overall it’s a good hotel to stay at if you want to explore downtown Chi, but bring your own shower products!

        This hotel is amazing! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. John, the concierge, was the nicest man we have ever met. He planned an amazing surprise and was so great in helping us plan activities. Truly a great place to stay and enjoy your time in Chicago. 10/10 recommend.

        Love staying here when I come for work to Chicago. This hotel is classy, yet laid back. Atmosphere is amazing, especially this time of the year. Rooms are so clean and comfortable and the service is great, even though they are so busy, they always treat you with courtesy.

        I have stayed several times in this great hotel. I have never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and the location is fantastic. I usually don’t write reviews but I want to give a shout out to Alex, the security guy who found my rings that I forgot on the sink of the lobby bathrooms. I had made a check out and I was driving to the airport when I found I had forgotten my rings. I called and Alex was courteous and helpful. Alex returned me a call a few hours later saying he had my rings! I was so happy to having my rings back! Thank you Alex!!

        When traveling in Chicago, you can handle it one of two ways, you can get yourself an inexpensive hotel and drive-in or commute in or you can be right in the center of it all. This particular property is right in the center of it all perfectly located near the theater district, great food, and out of the congestion of river north but within walking distance. A perfect combination, great property, seems to have been very well managed over the years.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
