Staying here cause of the location in proximity to my client. I've stayed here about 4 times in last 6 months. I have stayed in a bunch of places over the years and I really like this hotel. It's big and clean. All new facilities. Staff is always super nice. Bar and food area is nice. A small store or vending machines would be nice. Most hotels will have some toiletries available, but not this one. Small thing over all.

Stayed here for a conference event in November 2023. The location is Addison and while a bit away from the airports, it is very close to many of the major companies located in the greater DFW area. The hotel was large and spacious. The entryway, the lobby area and bar, the parking all just right. The service was perfect and the staff attentive. The decor was up to date and the rooms appropriate for the style. The conference area was equally nice and well organized. A definite nice location/hotel for business gatherings.

We stayed at this hotel only one night on our way back home. So, we did not get a chance to use its amenities like the pool or restaurant. However, its bar at lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a Starbucks in the lobby and its location is perfect. We stayed on the third floor. The room was clean. It has small detailed designs used in the room’s decoration that fascinated me. The bathroom has no bathtub. But it is spacious. The staff were very friendly.

I will never stay at this hotel again, despite flying to Dallas often for work and my company offices being right next door. I left a necklace of significant monetary value and a lot of sentimental value on the bedspread. I called within an hour of leaving the hotel to ask someone to go grab it. After spending a ton of time being passed around and sat on hold, I was told a "message was being left with the housekeeping manager" and someone would call me back. No one called me back. I called twice more the same day and was told the same thing. I called then for two days afterwards with the same message being told to me- the housekeeping manager was unavailable and someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. I was finally told on Day 3 of me calling that the necklace wasn't found. I understand that it's my fault for leaving it on the bedspread. However, if someone would have been sent to the room when I called the first time, which was before housekeeping cleaned the room, it would have been found. Their poor service means that now the necklace was either vacuumed up, stolen by housekeeping, or the next guest found it and kept it. That could have been prevented had they just sent someone up when I first called- something I guarantee most other hotels would have done immediately. It should not have taken three days to get someone to tell me they didn't find it. Overall, terrible service, poor management.

I want to thank- DAWN front desk- who checked us in and gave us an excellent rate so we could stay overnight! JOE from housekeeping- getting rid of anything with feathers in our room and so quickly! Rooms- NICE & CLEAN Lobby- BEAUTIFUL I can't wait for our next visit!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
