In general, this is a very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff and a very impressive pool. (Although, the weather was too cold to use.) The other facilities like the gym and steam room were equally noteworthy. Unfortunately, I experienced a leaky shower in my room, strange smelling towels, and a very arduous check-out process. Also, the food prices for room service and buffet were exorbitant. If it weren't for those things I'd have given a solid five stars.

Perfect stay! Very nice services, great room. Breakfast is so good, have varieties of food and delicious. Club Lounge also very nice and good food. Great services. Highly recommend to stay at Renaissance Dhaka.

I haven’t stayed in this hotel as of now. But i went there several times. The ambiance is pretty good. The staff are very friendly. They seem helpful except few. The entrance and the lobby is not so big. You will find cafe in the lobby as well with a good sitting arrangement. The food is good but not the best compared to other five star hotel in dhaka. It is situated in a great location at the heart and posh area of the city.

You must stay at the hotel. The setting was wonderful, the mood was incredible, and the staff's demeanour was incredibly friendly. The greatest I've ever used were the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. exterior to the gym The apples were incredibly tasty, the room was spotless and well-kept, and I noticed a distinct fresh perfume everywhere I walked. The bar was really hip. I had a great time there and heartily endorse it.

The hotel is located in the city center. Traffic was very jammed. Hotel security checking safety is a priority before check-in. Staff are friendly and nice. Services thumb up. The hotel room is comfortable and clean. Hotel Breakfast is really good. Various of choices. Especially the Plain Dosa. Highly recommend. Level 19 roof top is a bar. Can come here for chill up.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
