        Was here for a company Christmas party. Very few of our rooms were ready. One of the rooms had guests in it as one of my team members entered the room they were given. Most of our credit cards were charged when the rooms were already paid for. These rooms are not worth the price they're charging. My bath towel had a huge hole in it. One elevator was broken, so it took 20 min or so to wait for the one that did work. We took the stairs. I'm not sure how a hotel can run like this, let alone over book rooms. 🤔 It was not a great experience.

        What a magical place to stay! We came in late at night due to a delayed flight, had a miserable taxi driver and I was very fatigued (thank you long term chemo effects). WOW Monique at the front desk was so kind and welcoming!! Totally turned our evening around. :) I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. Breakfast the next day we had Sandra seat us and Euden(spelling?) serve us. They were AMAZING! Attentive, welcoming, funny, professional and the breakfast was also incredible. Rooms were clean, the curtains blocked all the light so we had a fantastic sleep, soft sheets, great water pressure in bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again if we come back this way!

        This was the very first time I've ever thought about calling Marriott to complain about a property. It's a busy property in a great location that appears to suffer from incredible almost comical mismanagement. A lobby full of people waiting for a perpetually broken elevator, with a plate of cookies placed in front of the empty shaft in absence of an 'out of service' sign. Dirty, dated rooms. A complete lack of promised services. A restaurant that doesn't serve food. Bartenders who look at patrons with disdain when they make an simple request. The wrong name showing up on your room TV. I'm a Platinum Marriott member and we've stayed in a wide variety of properties over the years.... this is honestly amongst the worst hotels in Marriott's network. And yes...... I had read all the bad reviews before choosing this hotel, yet still chose it for a pre-cruise stay. I ignored the information I read because I thought "this is a Renaissance, how bad could it be". The strangest thing is that almost all of the terrible Google reviews of this place are responded to by the manager who responds "Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback!" while he posts images of him giving donuts and pizza to his team in celebration all over his own social media.... while the positive reviews (which don't seem to be so real) are responded to in detail. It appears that something is not right here.

        Stayed at this property pre cruise. The hotel was not that nice considering the amount of money they charged. Elevators were broken which caused a fiasco in the morning. Shower gel was empty. Bathroom sink didn’t drain and the room was overall dingy. Was going to cancel by post cruise stay but typically love the brand so kept it hoping my room issues were a fluke. Well nope it was no better this room smelled musty and was also dingy. Not worth the cost IMO.

        The staff was nice, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness more than offset the kind staff. The floors (especially bathrooms) in the rooms are sticky and clearly dirty (we had two rooms, and the conditions were the same in both). In the bar area, the glassware was dirty, with some kind of white calcified residue and chunks stuck to it. The location is convenient due to the proximity to the airport and the cruise terminal, and I'm sure most people will only stay here one night as a result, but even one night is too much. This is not up to the Marriott Renaissance standard.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
