Stayed here for 7 nights in June 2023. Nice frontage but with a small reception area. Room was spacious, but quiet dated. Room service is only up until 11pm, which is similar to other hotels in this area. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, not at par with other Renaissance Hotels in the country. Staff are not proficient in English, but they certainly put in effort to communicate with customers. The R Bar was the most disappointing with no proper bar snacks and no draught beers, and with lots of mosquitoes. Right across the road from the hotel is the sports complex for the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Sports.

Great hotel in a quiet section of town! R Bar in the lobby rocks! Very popular with locals and local expats! Hawk and his team are fantastic mixologists! Tues/Wed Samba Japanese- all you can eat off menu- is a fantastic deal! The indoor pool is one of the best I have ever used along with a great steam room in the locker room. Lounge service is outstanding! The breakfast is not to be missed! Eric and his team are great and provide outstanding service! Once the learned I love ice water with my coffee, I never had to ask again! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! 2 great expat bars close by if you want to venture out.

Can't say anything negative. The rooms and hotel seem very appropriate for the price and are modern and clean. Breakfast is international and also something for Europeans. The gym is ok so far. Hotel bar is also nicely decorated. Staff extremely hardworking and friendly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
