I redeemed my room with 32,000 Marriot points. I requested a king room when originally booked. As a Titanium member they could not even provide me with what I requested... so I ended up with two queens instead and no upgrades. I can understand that upgrades are at the discretion of the hotel and based on availability, but getting less than what you pay is another story. The room was clean and decent. Bathrooms were nice. But nothing special compared to others Renaissance I have been. The lounge on the 15 floors was overcrowded. Not worth going even if it's free. It's definitely not the peaceful experience you can usually have. So overall, I will not come back to that hotel.

This used to be one of my favorite hotel stays for work. Unfortunately the property is not being maintained. Take the fitness room: now missing several pieces of equipment (recumbent bikes are gone), the dumbbell rack is half empty, and only one worn out mat for floor work. Used to be MUCH BETTER. At breakfast I waited 30 minutes for an omelette and the restaurant was half empty. Food in the fridge in the room when I checked in. Quite bad all around.

The best part of this stay was the view of Sphere. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here for other reasons. On the first day, they only cleaned half of our room. They didn’t clean at all the second day. I had to talk to the manager and reminded them to clean my room on the third day. When we got back to our room late afternoon, the trash was on the floor and the trash cans were not emptied. They didn’t replace the empty shampoo bottle. And their toilet broke! That’s the worst stay. I really expect more from a Marriott hotel as we’ve been staying at Marriott everywhere we go.

If you like motel-style rooms at five-star hotel prices, this is your place! Enjoy loud door bangs at any time during day or night, minimal bathroom amenities, outdated tech in the rooms and toilet flush noises. If you’re lucky, your room will overlook a beautiful parking lot. Enjoy your stay!

The hotel is nice! The pool area is a bit secluded and in between the buildings in the courtyard, so not a ton of sunlight for very long. The location is pretty convenient. About a 30 min walk from the strip though. All in all, the restaurants were good, service was great and the rooms were nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
