This hotel was great the rooms were wonderful and the beds were comfy. The gym was on point. The pool is a little small but no big. There are stores within walking distance and they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The customer service was amazing. No complaints at all perfect place to stay if you need to catch a flight.

Just stayed at the Renaissance LAX. Check-in was super friendly and they were clear about everything, really helpful. Wanted an early check-in, they could do it for $75 before 10 am. The hotel's a bit of a walk from stores but right next to the airport. Parking's expensive, but they've got a free shuttle to LAX. The bar's cool, staff are great, and the rooms are clean. Got bumped up to a suite with 2 TVs and a nice living room, didn't use it much though, went to a party and a Lakers game. Overall, good spot if you need to be near the airport.

We made a reservation here due to a cancelled flight. The Marriott rep said we could cancel without a fee if we could get a flight. The front desk tried telling us they were going to charge the full fee with taxes and wouldn’t help at all. Luckily a Marriott corporate line was able to override it. Stayed at a lovely Renaissance hotel in Taipei last week and we expected this would be similar in care. Sadly not.

We had a phenomenal experience and I’m easily giving the Renaissance 5 stars. Easy transportation to/from the LAX Airport thanks to their dedicated shuttle. Easy check-in process and the staff was exceedingly kind. The room was large and furnished as you’d expect. The bed was comfortable, but I personally wasn’t a big fan of the pillows (too soft). I had 5-6 meals in the hotel restaurants and had wonderful service with amazing food. Arguably the best food I’ve ever had in a Marriott property.

Glad we only stayed one night. I would not recommend staying for a long duration during your trip. My husband and i booked this hotel because we had a flight to catch early morning and it was conveniently located near the airport. The people at the front desk were very friendly and the lobby was beautiful but very deceiving. The rooms were ok, old and the bathrooms needed maintenance but i was expecting that when i booked this hotel. we can hear the neighbors from both sides pretty clearly. At night you can hear when the person next door coughs and farts! We had to wake up at 3am so we were trying to be as quiet as we can. Also our hotel room must have been near a generator because we could hear it all night. It was not worth the price we paid.
