I love this hotel. It is big and elegant with great meeting space. I'm here to present at a conference and I couldn't be happier than I am in terms of my experience with this hotel. Customer services is consistently excellent throughout the building. When attending buffet meals for the group, banquet staff members have consistently offered their support assisting me with getting my food and getting it to the table as well as getting drinks for me which is particularly helpful while I hobble around with my cane. They probably spared me from spilling food all over my dress. The guest room I am is spacious and comfortable. The technology is up to par and the bath tub is very comfortable. Given the opportunity, I will happily return.

If your expectations include receiving upscale service of Renaissance, this might not meet your needs. - As a platinum member, I chose this hotel for a special celebration, which I mentioned both during reservation and through the Marriott app. Despite this, I received neither an upgrade nor a simple greeting. - The staff training appears deficient. Around 9 am while I was resting, I was disturbed by a persistent light clicking sound at the door (perhaps knocking with a keycard?), then followed by the sound of it being unlocked. When I inquired who it was, a male voice apologized. I presumed it was housekeeping, but it seemed too early, and he should have said “housekeeping” before attempting to enter. - The $50 resort fee seems excessive given the limited services provided, which even did not include two bottles of water. - The hotel is the closest to the entrance of Sea World, which is its main advantage. - I liked the look of the the lobby. To reiterate, if your primary concern is convenience for visiting Sea World, this hotel is suitable. However, manage your expectations regarding the level of service. It was a disappointing experience for me.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thomas the bell hop was fantastic, Daisy at the breakfast buffet was awesome plus countless other staff that I didn’t catch their names. Our suite was beautiful and the AC cold! The pool area especially the splash pad was also great. Part of the splash pad wasn’t working on Friday and we were given a bizarre excuse about water pressure but it was full blast on Saturday. Odd but at least our kids enjoyed the one day with it fully operational. The breakfast buffet was perfection! All wait staff was accommodating and chocolate chip bread pudding was delivered to our table that was divine!!!! We will definitely return and loved our stay immensely.

Everything was going great until it wasn’t. The employees are friendly but we had multiple issues with our room. The AC broke, they put us in the wrong room type, and our key cards stopped working. Overall, I think we had 5 or 6 visits to the front desk for our stay. Not great! Once it was finally sorted, we had a great rest of our stay. Would stay again because of all of the friendly employees

We enjoyed our stay here, most especially it being a quiet oasis among the madness known as I-Drive. The pool was a tropical retreat that did a nice job separating the kid water park from the adult pool which was fabulously landscaped. The room was comfortable and daily housekeeping very good. I’d return here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
