        it's a nice hotel. clean and bright room, amenities in place and refilled daily. the room was spacious too. but the pillows were too soft and thin, i then went to the reception and asked for a harder one, they offered me a wheat pillow and ready before i came back the next night. really love the bright washroom to could have make up and washing there easily (and draw my face clearly!) there are some restaurant enclosed. i had a chance to visit its cafe for breakfast as it's included with the price. lot of choice both western and eastern food. i was only disappointed by its xiaolongbao - knowing it's the famous local food but the wrap was thick, over-steamed, soupless inside. they're disgracing this lovely signature. other food was fine so don't be biased by this! anyway i had a great stay there.

        Dear Marriott team I am staying at Caohejing hotel on 30 Oct and check out on 4 Nov 2023. We had an event at the ballroom on 2 Nov 2023. I would like compliment Bob that he had go extra miles, when I went to help from him on getting me safety pin and your hotel does not have it and he went on line and purchase it for me without getting any money from me.         The staff here is incredible. They cater to you hand and foot - especially on the Club Floor - it almost makes me feel guilty. Rooms are well-appointed, stylish, and clean. And again, the Club Floor Lounge is AMAZING. Great happy hour, breakfast, and amazing views. Good gym as well. The location is awful if you're purely a tourist, however I was in town for business and this hotel was well located for my needs.
