Had the worst experience with the front desk of this hotel. I'm a gold elite member with Marriott. I booked a 12 days stay for my wife on Marriott website and confirmed with Marriott representative it is ok. When my wife arrived at the hotel their front desk manager CAROLINE failed to provide an upgrade, refused to use my Marriott credit card for payments and refused to credit the nights to my membership level. My wife was so upset and she canceled the whole booking! Worst front desk services from a so call manager over there. Will never book rooms there!

It is a relatively new hotel. The room designed with modern feature and toilet is clean. However I don’t like the bath room door which is sliding and heavy. Also the entrance is kind of block your walk way by a big standing bath tub. The service is really good and attentive. Went to both club lounge and main hall for breakfast . Both are equally good especially to have a city view from club lounge. The surroundings kind of run down and no view from your window. The sound proof window is questionable as I can hear the traffic noise in my room. The pillow rather too soft and need a have choice for hard one as my suggestion !

Stayed here during a weekend of December 2019. Great staff. We got the Club Room, everything was fantastic. The breakfast is also outstanding. The hotel is connected to the metro line 13 by an elevator (not the main one), and the will can bring you to many main area in Shanghai, or is well connected with other lines. There is also a Family Mart (convenience store with decent wine selection get the rawson's retreat for great value red wine) and a Wagas (western food) next door. Nice pool and gym. If your main criteria is the gym, checkout Courtyard in Xujiahui that have a huge gym. Great value. Will come again.

Well maintained and very clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. Location great because you are just 50 mts from subway line 7, Langao station. We get an upgrade to suite room... really very spacious room. The gym have all Life Fitness brand machines. Club lounge very nice..If you will stay in this hotel bring your own shaver since the quality of it its really bad, you can see in the picture I added. I can’t believe such type of hotel use unbranded good.

This is a nice modern hotel with many amenities that made my stay in Shanghai good. The basement connects to the subway line and the business lounge upstairs has free coffee, tea, and snacks all day. My only problem was with the bathroom doors which were large wooden sliding doors. Pictured are views from the business lounge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
