Room was okay, windows were dirty. So city view room was not really worth it. Check in was prompt and great. We were charged for breakfast at checkout even though girl who assisted us with check in ensured us multiple times that for our booking, breakfast was included. Would not have chosen breakfast otherwise, we only had a piece of pastry each anyways. Location was great.

I love the room it is pretty comfy, just the downside there is no microwave or kitchenette. Also they put 2 shampoos in the bathroom and there is no soap. So I put the soap to a glass to bring to shower place. Me and my husband stayed for NYE was great close to the viewing area.

This is our choice of hotels whenever we go into the city of Melbourne. It is in a great position near Flinders Street Station and just over the road from Southbank and the Arts Centre. It is a beautiful old hotel with history and gorgeous architecture. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast has something for everyone. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The smaller rooms are quite small. Queen bed room. The light switches were flickering & pillows weren't clean. And the view I had felt as though I was in jail. They upgraded us to the next room which was the the king bed room. Super clean & had no issues. The lifts take while. And attendance was a little slow when I requested for service. There was construction outside which was frustrating to walk around through people. Location was perfect. I would stay here again however would book for a bigger room with a nicer view. Kept well for an old building.

I had my mum stay here over Christmas and it was brilliant! I was staying a few blocks away and I wished I had booked here. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The staff even left a small surprise for her on Christmas Day in her room. Thank you for a great stay!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
