It has nightmare stairs 😅 but was cozy and the staff were so nice that they make up for it. Loved to make a new cat friend and had a very nice stay there. Affordable price for a big city.

I spend a long time in the hostel and experienced many different things that are worth telling. For the purpose of a review, I'll give an overview of the most important content. The hostel is located right next to the Rotunda, close by another historic monument, Kamara. Right there - at Egnatia Street - you can find public transportation to go to places around the city and to the bus station or airport, easily. Going down further towards the seafront along a pedestrian area, you will find a great variety of fast food options and cafés/ bars. The access to other spots in the city is great due to its centrality. The White Tower, next to the sea, offers a good point for orientation. Back to the hostel; The café, offers the most cozy and relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to have a chat, accompanied by good coffee or tea. Breakfast and snacks can be enjoyed there. If it's not too crowded, studying or working is possible there, since it's not noisy at all. The room I stayed in was a small female 6 bed dorm, located on the back side of the hostel, next to a small park. Since it's close to a crossways, it can be noisy at night. It's equipped with a fridge and lockers, and there's a separate spacious bathroom. Lastly, to the service: It's remarkable that staff has usually been extraordinarily polite and caring to keep a relaxing and friendly environment for everybody. Apart from that, cleaning, reception service, and provision of food and drinks were on point. One could notice professionality, open communication, and care. After many weeks of daily contact, I've been able to feel at home rather than in transit. Even though the hostel lifestyle can be busy, the atmosphere was overall calm and restful. Thanks to all of you. Highly recommend staying for short or long term.

This is in a beautiful spot and the cafe is really lovely. The breakfast is also delicious. However there were some drawbacks for us. My friend got bedbug bites from bed 5 in room one. We let the staff know afterwards and they apologised and said they'd address it, which i thought was great and an adequate response, but just a heads up to keep an eye out. We noted that beds in that room have continued to be bookable online, while my understanding is that to treat them for bedbugs, the room needs to be empty for at least 24 hours. We also had some uncomfortable interactions with staff while we were there that left me feeling treated more like a naughty kid than a guest. Maybe I'm being oversensitive, or maybe they're used to guests taking the piss a bit and needing to manage behaviour? - i walked into the kitchen which is in the common area and has a sign saying "SELF SERVICE" on it, and was called quite sharply to leave because it's staff only - when arriving back quite late, the receptionist said it had been reported we'd taken the wrong beds. We hadn't. - in the morning, a while after breakfast a staff member chased me up and asked where were the small jars of tahini and olives that came with breakfast, had i taken them? I had put them back near the kitchen to make it easy to clean up. Anyway. Beautiful spot, and maybe we caught the team on an off day.

The whole premises are very nice looking, green, well-located, lots of cats. Except there's no real common area inside to cool off except one couch. Only a cafe with a coming and going of guests so real rest is hard to find. Also, the beds are not comfortable and my room wasn't well-ventilated. Staff was helpful but kind of stern. The people working in the kitchen are very kind. Also when they close the hostel at midnight, there is no where else to relax than your bed.

It was an amazing stay. The staff, especially Ares, were super friendly and amazing. The food was wonderful. The rooms were super neat and there were lockers for keeping things safe. There are so many cute cats as well. Overall a wonderful place. Will definitely be coming back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
