Do not stay here. My son and his girlfriend booked a room over the summer for a short stay. On arrival their room was plagued with damp and mould. They complained and were moved to a still damp and mould ridden room. No other room was available. They checked out and were promised a full refund. Several months later, and numerous emails and phone calls later to chase, no refund has been forthcoming and no updates are provided. This establishment does not care about the health if its customers as a mouldy room is not fit for occupation. Their treatment to be promised a refund and then ignored is a disgrace.

Friendly service, rooms clean and equipped with the necessary things. Quiet and peaceful so you can relax after a day of exploring Budapest. Great location. I was able to park at the entrance. I recommend.

Me, my brother and his girlfriend stayed there for one night. We couldn't even lock the door because the lock wasn't working and they told us it is that way you could open the door to our room from the balcony you had infront of the rooms. All night there was a banging on the door and I heard someone trying to get into our room we put chairs infront of the door so we would hear it when it was opening. Plus we found mold and it was all dirty and it smelled so bad 👎🏼. Receptionist was looking so suspicious she asked little girl infront of us for her toy and told he she cannot have that in here Weird I would not stay there again

ATTENTION - ROBBERY!!!!!!!!!! We were robbed between 10-13.07.2023. 600EUR in cash disappeared. Most likely, the chambermaid is the culprit. We didn't use the safe as we kept the money with us, except on one occasion when the trouble happened. The receptionist claims there were several thefts. Unfortunately, we did not have time to file a police report, but I would encourage anyone who is in similar shoes to do so. Although we asked for the recordings and contacted the manager, after a while we could no longer reach him and did not receive any feedback. I think foreigners are the targets because they don't have time to report them. Because my partner is foreigner, we spoke English. When the cleaner noticed that I'm local, she was very surprised.

- ROBBED by personal !!!!!!!!!!!!! - The toilet seat was broken (it didn't stay in place and moved when sitting, reported on 16.7.2023 still not fixed). - In our room, the door from the shower didn't seal, so you have to be careful when showering so that the stream of water does not splash on the door and subsequently does not get onto the bathroom floor. - Dust bunnies, mould on wall, bad smell in room all night windows needed to be opened.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
