        Do not book at this hotel. 1 - Firstly, you must check in near the station, even if you have already entered all of the requested information on their site. This is explained because there is never anyone at the hotel reception... 2 - The rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest, once the suitcases are placed there is barely enough space to move them. The toilet and the shower are in the same room, and the latter is tiny. The air conditioning does not work. 3 - There is no one at reception during the day, and contrary to what is said, the staff speaks little or no English. Which is very problematic. 4 - There is no breakfast as some comments make you believe. Even coffee and tea are not included in the price. 5 - There is no sheet to explain how the equipment provided works, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Even with a translator, it's difficult to operate the devices. 6 - The parking includes 2 spaces, suffice to say that it is very little for a hotel with more than fifteen rooms. 7 - The wifi is not good. 8 - Balconies are common spaces. So, to go onto a balcony you have to open a door with a key. In my case the balcony is closed, impossible to access it. If your room opens onto a balcony, this means that you cannot leave your window open during the day when you are away... 9 - Certain equipment such as the washing machine for example, requires payment, which is not explained in the ad. In short, move on and do not book in this establishment.

        Rooms are cramped, as is often the case in Japan. There is no staff at the hotel, except night security. You can eat downstairs, but no breakfast option. Location is fantastic. Next to the Imperial Palace. One around the corner from the metro.

        I'm a Korean The neighborhood is really quiet and there are convenience stores and McDonald's nearby. I stayed because I wanted to rest in a quiet place rather than going to a tourist attraction, but I really recommend it to people who feel this way like me. The front desk staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and everything was there. I want to come with my lover next time too. I had a good stay. Thank you.

        For me it's great, the leg massager in the room is perfect after a long sightseeing. Very nice staff, especially the blonde girl at the check-in desk. She explained everything to us beautifully and added a lot of useful information, e.g. where to buy a kimono. The gentleman at the hotel reception translated it especially for us and had a note written in Polish that the elevator would not work for an hour tomorrow. Additionally, a good location close to the metro station, station and imperial gardens.

        We couldn't control the air conditioning, we were hot at night! At the time of booking I did not receive information that check-in would be somewhere else, I have never seen that!! Only after booking did I receive an email and was informed! And the parking that is described in the information does not exist, we had to pay extra! The price is very high, for the conditions offered! I do not recommend!
