        Room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our 4 nights staying here. They don’t have washing machine but there’s one coin laundry nearby. Convenient store is in walking distance as well. The staff will keep your luggage for you before you check in or after you checkout so you can spend time discovering Kyoto luggage-free! I would love to stay here again next time!

        Our King Delux room felt more like an apartment than a hotel - it was spacious and worked great because we had a lot of luggages with us. For our 4-night stay we used it as a base to visit surrounding areas - which are helped by the fact that the hotel is centrally located in Kyoto and within walking distance of several public transportation options. It’s also packed with all kinds of amenities and a decent sized kitchen area. The only thing to note that it’a staffed by a skeleton crew and they try to be eco-friendly, so don’t expect daily cleaning and restocking of supplies that could be standard for a chain hotel - HOWEVER we were ok with it because it felt more like a home for us where we took the responsibility of organizing our stuff and taking the trash to designated area.

        Room seemed large, but was actually not well laid out. It was mostly a long corridor with bedroom at the end. Along the corridor were the toilet, bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom had maybe 1m around the bed, so there was nowhere to put our two suitcases. It is not a hotel though. There is no housekeeping, no restaurant, and only a partially staffed front desk. They are apartments. Biggest downside was that they cannot arrange Takuhaibin luggage forwarding (but they can receive). For this, they sent us to the local FamilyMart supermarket… however they only take small suitcases!

        It's remotely located the rooms are well kept but house keeping is done every three days and towels are supplied if asked for .Staff is very good and friendly The kitchen is well equipped

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
