Very disappointing booking process. They contacted me months after making the booking to request that I cancel the booking due to their error of charging the wrong price requesting that I pay and extra $360. Poor consideration of the inconvenience I now incur as a result of their poor practice. I now have to try to find a new place and have lost over $75 in transaction fees due to their incompetence.

It is located right next to Yasaka Tower, and Yasaka Street is crowded, Yasaka-an, located at the end of the road, has a quiet appearance. Since we rented out the whole building, we were able to spend some relaxing time that we don't have when staying in a hotel, and there was also a wonderful inner garden where you could forget about everyday life and soothe your soul. Even if you bring small children with you, you can spend your time there without any hesitation. The location is close to tourist attractions, so you can visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Kodai-ji Temple, etc., which are still quiet early in the morning. It was nice to be able to take a leisurely stroll. It was just the right distance to take my grandson out for a walk. In addition to famous tourist spots, there were also interesting places within walking distance. Rokuharamitsuji Temple is popular among women for winning fortunes. Rokudo Chinnoji Temple is known for the well where Ono Takamura is said to have gone to the underworld. Commonly known as "Rokudou-san". The Matsubara Bridge that spans the Kamogawa River, the battle between Ushiwakamaru and Benkei, and ``Today's Gojo Bridge'' was actually this bridge. I'm thinking of using it next time when the leaves are in autumn.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
