Nice place with spacious parking space, room clean and comfort. It's affordable price only 200K IDR / night for two person maximum. Shower with hot water and mineral drinks 300ml nice... Key with access card of course it's make easy to access

I usually stay here because the location and the hotel was clean and good back when airy room in charge. But when airy room bankrupt, this hote turn to be very bad hotel. I wish they change the management

They are not deserve 😔 for any star -very poor service -poor old lady bad behaviour -toilets bad sync full of water and floor full of water not drained -just they need money money in any way they take advance from us 100000 RP deposit And did not return.... and make lame excuse and did not return our cash -stay away tourist people the property is bad even they can not speak English -bad behaviour and attitude 😤 staff -even they do not follow the rules what they mentioned in the room door or in the reception ..... Batter you guys booked any other property there is alot of good properties around in the same area .

I booked the hotel for my employee then they said the door cannot lock. Water pressure is very low, towel is not clean, staff is very rude and not helpful. She could not sleep at all because scared. This kind of hotel shall be eliminated soon. worst experience.

Room was not to bad, small but enough, there's elevator in this residence. Front office need more training Location in front off under construction appartment, and not get exact pin point at google maps.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
