The hotel is lovely, balcony was much needed. The bed was SO comfy (Khmer people believe in hard mattress so this was a welcome change) NETFLIX ON THE TELEVISION! YES! The only problem was no sound proofing (a massive gap under the door) all the people staying around me were really loud until 3am which meant very little sleep. Apart from that, very good value for money. អរគុណ 🙏🏻

I have lived in Cambodia for several years and stayed at many hotels over that time. Residence 110 ticks all the boxes!! Value for money , location is central to the riverside but still quiet which is often an issue at other hotels. Their is a variety of rooms available and always clean and we'll appointed . Their is a gym on the top floor . It has one of the best roof top pools in the area. There is an area with a lounge and chairs to chill out adjacent to the pool . It has a 360 degree view of the river and city which is stunning. It's walking distance to the night markets , riverside , and most attractions . Staff are always super friendly , professional and accommodating. Value for money !!

Nearly perfect. 2 rooms, both had tiny ants and 1 room was flooded with water. Room service after spray was not good, over barring perfumed. So we only got it serviced once for our 6nights stay. Advert for carpark available untrue as parked so tight at front of the building, we were accommodated but someday the 1 parking taken. Motorcycles parking seems to be more accurate not for cars. Roof top swimming pool was great, but windy on 13th floor, great view. Lift and aircon all good. Location is plus and foods everywhere. Mini C and Smile convenient stores nearby. We walked to nearby old market, night market, central market, museum $10usd each adult/kids $5usd, wat Duane pen entry cost $1usd etc. Overall we had uncomplicated pleasent stay. Easy check in and out.

We had prepaid non refundable booking but during check-in we were asked to pay additional +10 USD per night that we refused. After 2 hours of discussions, calls and chat with booking company (Agoda) they accepted our booking and let us into the room. We were happy to get rest and hoped it was over. Still after 1-2 hours manager reached us and told that our booking is cancelled although we presented him a valid booking and asked us to leave within 5 minutes. 5 minutes later 3 workers were behind our door waiting us to leave. Later Agoda (booking company) found us new hotel and refunded money. From discussions with manager we were told that wrong price was our but not their fault and although they had our contacts they were not able to contact us before our arrival.

Budget hotel but very clean and the pool is great! Rooms are small and the bathroom dont have a shower curtain. No breakfast or bar facilities but the location makes up for that. Right in the busy marketplace and 30min walk to the city center. They speak good English here! Very safe and professional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
