Small but very clean room, fully equipped. Great position to reach the places of interest on foot. I strongly advise this accomodation to those who want to visit Matera!Breakfast is served at Belvedere Hotel just across the street. Also this hotel is suggested both for the abundant and delicious food and for the unique/ breathtaking view on the panorama of The Sassi. Its terrace deserves a reservation!

Everything was fine, the lady was very kind, welcomed us cordially and gave us excellent advice! Good location, very close to the stones and the center! I can recommend it for sure!

We booked it as a 4-star hitwl and it turned out to be a residence with rooms without the characteristics of a hotel. Without paeking or the possibility of parking near the hotel, breakfast at another nearby hotel. Very very disappointing. Not at all what was expected. Very badly. We did not spend the 2nd night booked there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
