        Fairly close to the heart of everything in Venice. Distance was reasonable from the train station. Complementary luggage storage and Italian candies in the rooms. Pull out bed from the sofa with partitions for the rooms for privacy. Decent sized closet. They had a complementary water bottle in the fridge which was very helpful since water is not free in Italy. There is also a stovetop and sink and kitchen utensils. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

        We had a great stay here recently. It’s a great location that seemed to be within 15-20 minute walk of everything we wanted to do, to include the train station and Palazzo Pitti. I recommend the street balcony suite for the Duomo view. It doesn’t sit on a main street, but there is some city noise at night. We used their transfer service from the airport for ease of use, but their transfer to the train station was 3x Uber’s cost. We also used their laundry service and it was seamless.

        Wonderful stay for four days in Florence in June 2023. Our rooms were very clean and arranged to meet all of our needs. This is a great location with easy walking to the great city attractions. We were most impressed with the service provided by Valentina - she was so nice and friendly and really helped us with taxis and even another hotel reservation which was needed due to a flight delay. We love Florence and will definitely return to Residence Hilda when we return.

        Residence Hilda was perfect for us Jun 2023 Absolutely perfect location to walk to many of the sights you want to see; the Duomo, Centrale Market and Firenze S M Novello train station. Beautiful building, exquisitely maintained and our room, no 31, was the same. Linens changed every day, water bottles provided in the refrigerator daily, comfortable bed and large suite. Full kitchen that is fully stocked with any and all utensils you may use. Dishes are washed for you daily. Air conditioning, elevator, help with luggage, just perfect. Staff is on top of things, restaurants and gelato are nearby, groceries delivered if you so choose as we did. Highly recommended for small family or a couple.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
