I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. There are several aspects that truly stood out and made our family stay exceptional. First and foremost, the location of your hotel is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions and restaurants. It is also just minutes from the train station which is a great starting point for adventures. The staff at your hotel is a true gem. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had, and their genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us. My wife was thoroughly impressed with the interior design. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, creating a soothing and inviting atmosphere. One of the things that we appreciate most when staying in a hotel is cleanliness, and your establishment exceeded our expectations in this regard. The room was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was evident. It's reassuring to know that you take such great care in maintaining a welcoming environment for your guests. I can say with certainty that I will be returning to your hotel on my future visits to this city. I will also be highly recommending your hotel to all my friends and family who plan to visit. I came for business trip and during my stay during night time there is a guy that only speaks Italian (you can barely communicate). It is cold and I tried to turn on the "airconditioning system" which does not work properly. It turns on and after a while (5min) it turns off again on its own. And the most important for myself is that I took for my trip an expensive coat and a jacket. The second day of my trip I noticed that both of them are damaged after I hanged them on the hanger place. (see photo) Side note: That wall with the hangers is excactly the sharing wall with the bathroom. As soon as I noticed it I have tried to come in contact with the person responsible but unfortunately a manager is not at the hotel 24/7. So I emailed them and the response I ve got from the hotel is that "We inform you that the stains on the illustrated garments absolutely do not depend by us wall nor by the products used for the cleans." So here I am asking.. How is it possible from Monday (I wore the brown coat) to Wednesday resulting to these stains on BOTH coats without even wearing the one? How is it possible to have the excact stains on the right arm in which it was lean on the wall? The wall that connects the bathroom (shower specificly) and the room.

Very basic hotel and everything is clean. However the service is not good: - housekeeping ignored the ‘do not disturbed’ and entered our room. - toiletpaper and shower gels were not refilled. - during breakfast buffet you are not allowed to pick up the items by yourself. You have to tell everything to the staff member and sometimes there is a queue. - during check out the front office member (18 sep) was on the phone while she was checking our out. She did not ask how our stay was, she took our card and just waived us to the door. Then we asked to leave our luggage in the hotel and we had to do this by ourselves behind the front office desk. - housekeeping starts at 8 AM and makes a lot of noise. They scream to each other and therefore we woke up every morning due to their noise. With other words, hotel is okay and basic but service is terrible.

Very comfy rooms with huge beds. Great daily cleaning. Helpful ladies at the reception. I actually loved the location because it's in a very safe neighborhood - I didn't feel as safe in Murat, so I preferred being a little bit further away from the city center. Buses 6 and 27 go straight into the city center so it's a good option. I liked the breakfast but it might be somewhat boring if you're staying there longer than 5 days. Overall, a great place to stay in Bari.
