I absolutely loved the accommodation. My room was spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. You can enjoy in very cheap and delicious cocktails at the pool. My favourite part of this accommodation was the staff. The staff is very polite and nice. They tried to answer all of my questions and helped me with whatever was needed. They are wonderful people and I wish them all the best. The restaurant offers a wide range of very tasty dishes. Be aware of the large number of mosquitoes that will be present both here and throughout the whole country and protect yourself.

I think this hotel is overrated. Most pictures shown in the website are kind of new and the reality isn’t. My team stay at two rooms for new year countdown. All rooms look dirty and most of facilities are broken. The ceiling fans are just for display and air conditioners are not working well. We slept for two night without AC and fan. When we asked staff to change the room, but they are so unfriendly and ignorant. I felt that I wasted my money so much for 60$ per room and per night. This hotel really destroyed our mood during new year trip. I’ll never go to this again and never recommend to anyone.

The location is too far from pub street and there’re nothing nearby such as restaurants or convenience stores. Rooms and others things are old. The light dropped from ceiling and fan wasn’t working. Staff are not so friendly and helpful. 60$ a night is like a fraud. I’m this hotel should lowered to 2 or 3 stars. Not recommended if you want to have a wonderful trip in Siem Reap.

We stayed at the Residence Indochine D'Angkor for 4 nights as part of our 6 week tour of south east Asia. The rooms have seen better days and are in need of a makeover, the room felt dirty and the walls looked like they were covered in what could have been squashed insects. It seems like the lovely cleaning ladies had cleaned as much as possible, but because our room was very tired it didn't feel like the standards of 4 star hotel. I felt like the bed was incredibly hard and not particularly comfortable but my partner felt it was okay. The towels/bedding were also looking tired, torn and well used. The staff were excellent, incredibly friendly, and welcoming. Overall the staff couldn't have been better. The pool was also a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is okay but it felt quite far away from the centre of town, it's about a 25-30 minute walk away or a few minutes by tuk tuk.
