        We found a spot for three at the Residence Inn by Marriott in downtown Atlanta, which is hard to come by. The room had two full beds and a pull-out sleeper, all were clean and comfy enough for a good night's sleep. We did have small issues with the faucet and shower not being tightly fixed, but it wasn't a big deal. The location of the hotel was a winner, it was close to the places we wanted to visit downtown. Also, we found some nightlife spots nearby, although if that's your main aim, maybe midtown is a better choice. Breakfast was on the basic side but hey, it was included, so that was a bonus. The staff here was very helpful, which made our stay smoother. This hotel is a good choice if you're looking for a room for three in the city. The convenience of the location made exploring Atlanta easy. It’s a straightforward, no-fuss place to rest your head after a day out in the city. Overall, the Residence Inn by Marriott in downtown Atlanta met our needs for this trip.

        A month or so ago we stayed at this location and could not recommend a better staff! Natasia, Lewis, and Prince were such gracious hosts. After the week was over we felt like family and were bummed to leave. Location is ideal but the service was the best ever. 5 STARS!

        After an 8-day stay at this location, it's now time for my review of our disappointing stay. As a result of supporting our son with his college transition as an incoming Freshman at Morehouse College, we knew we wanted to stay within a 15 min drive of the campus and of course, at a Marriott property. As a long-time Bonvoy member (Platinum) and a former Marriott International employee, this is our go-to hotel brand. However, we may need to elevate our status with Hilton after this stay. Location - The downtown location is good with easy access to the major highways, however, be prepared for the homeless community in the downtown area. While I did feel safe once inside of the hotel, as soon as we stepped outside, we were "fair game" for the homeless to ask for food, money, drink. Hotel - The check-in process was smooth and after a 10 hour drive, we were eager to get to the room and rest. However, as soon as we got to the floor, the smell overpowered us. I initially thought, maybe it's just the smell in the hall. BUT as soon as we opened the door, the smell of an illegal substance was stronger in the room. We didn't waste one moment to return to the front desk and request another room. Room - Our room was adequate for our family, however, after the 2nd night, we ran the dishwasher, only for our daughter to find a huge puddle of water in front of the dishwasher. We contact the front desk to submit a maintenance request, however, the dishwasher was never fixed, at least not during our 8-day stay. Housekeeping - This is where our stay went from OK to extremely disappointing. I fully acknowledge the updated housekeeping policies. Yet, on the days in which we were to have a full-service clean at least 3 times, it only happened once. After speaking with the housekeeping staff, the front desk, AND the Manager (one morning during breakfast), we only received a full-service clean once. Yes… during our 8-day stay. Needless to say, there are incredible staff at this location: Hotel Superstars: ⭐Marcus Gamble: Front Desk ⭐Bashaier: Night Auditor ⭐All of the breakfast staff However, it's unfortunate the hotel superstars aren't enough to warrant another stay. I'd recommend for you to stay directly across the street (The Chandler - we went there for drinks and it was lovely) OR lower your expectations for a quality stay at this location.

        I stayed here for Labor day weekend. The hotel charges $47 a day for parking which is ridiculous. I had a friend staying with me and when I went to pull out the sofa bed it was full of trash and debris like it had not been cleaned in ages. Get to breakfast early because items run out and they probably still don't have any orange juice in. The hair dryer in the room was covered in a brown and sticky substance that I had to thoroughly clean myself. The view outside from breakfast was of the library where multiple homeless people were present. There were homeless all around the hotel location. Every night when I came in to the hotel, there was someone smoking right outside the entry door. Not worth the cost to stay here.

        I was at the Residence Inn for 7 days. Unlike some earlier reviews, I had a fantastic stay. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The only negative: housecleaning only visited my room 2 times in 7 days. Although, that's a relatively minor issue and I'm sure if I had requested a housekeeping visit, they would've come. I would absolutely return to this hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
