The Residence Inn by Marriott in Amsterdam offers a pleasant stay suitable for both families and friends. It's conveniently located, just a 15-20 minute bus ride (6 stops) from the central station, offering scenic views of the city center and waterways. Liked: - Excellent quality of service. - Great location. - Reasonably priced. Considerations: - The breakfast, while good, offers a limited daily selection. - Lack of late-hour room service for ordering.

I love this place, the place is beautiful and the view from the room is amazing for me. Very kind and helpful staff at the hotel. We are here for the second time, but I must say that some things have gotten worse, for example, the cleanliness of the bathroom was neglected, there was mold on the floor. Another minus is the very poor breakfast, as I remember from last year, it was definitely richer.

strong wifi and e-car charger in the parking garage. we were expecting a nice room with plenty of natural light according to the booking confirmation and pics provided. somehow our room turned out smaller. weird. the complimentary breakfast gets you startet for the day and the coffee machine is ok. had a couple of molt spots in the bathroom. surely something someone could take care of. bed was comfy and the water front view was great. nothing beats watching ships go by while the rain hits the window. uber eats delivers right to the door of the hotel. the three elevators are weird. they all serve different levels. if you want to get from 6th floor to the parking garage you need to use elevator #2. the call button is shared with elevator #1 if pressing the call button very often #1 approaches. but that elevator is not going to the parking garage. so you need to sent #1 somewhere and recall #2. seems weird as an easy fix would be a dedicated call button for parking garage.

Being.a frequent Marriott stayer, unfortunately the stay at Residence Inn has been extremely disappointed. The location is okay, somewhat isolated with restricted accessibility. My biggest concern with the stay was the service itself. Having to request same thing multiple times to no avail and then being faced with an attitude at the reception when trying to raise a complaint. I could even put that all behind me, but in past 4 weeks, I have contacted the hotel 5 times, emails and calls, to ask about a lost property - none of which has been responded to. If hotel can not bother to respond to such requests / plea, not sure how are they expected to deliver for customer in general.

Very glad we picked this hotel. Rooms are nice and comfy, great harbour views. Breakfast was varied and good value. Staff were very friendly, and the use of the 24/7 desk at the moxy next door was handy. Wished we brought swimsuits for the pool. The hotel is in a quiet area, not really any bars or restaurants around, but the bus into the central station was only ten mins, and regular, so we spend most of the day in town any way, and bring stuff back. Would recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
