        I enjoyed my stay. The staff was super friendly. The suite was better than staying in a regular hotel room. I was there for five days, so having a microwave and icebox to store items was convenient. The best part was how centrally located to the places I went. I appreciate you had to use your key to get into the hotel, as I got in after midnight most nights. The hotel lobby was clean and had an amiable ambiance. I definitely would recommend staying at this property.

        This is a clean, affordable hotel located in Midtown Atlanta. I do not usually stay in Residence Inns but I am glad I did today. The room was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletry items. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was another highlight of my trip. The buffet was stocked with fresh eggs, sausage and French toast. There is also an extremely friendly attendant named Brittney that brought joy to all of the guests eating breakfast, including us. Thanks for making our day Brittney!

        The hotel was clean and has great service. The rooms are very spacious. The ceilings are high with an industrial exposed concrete. The air circulation blows very cold despite having the heat on. Ask for extra blankets or comforters and bring a sweater for in the room. Refrigerator icemakees do not function. Must go to front desk and staff will fill a large bag with ice. The breakfast is outstanding! Note that parking is $37 per day, not included in the room fee. 8 out of 10 I would stay there again.

        The place was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. Having to pay $37 dollars a day for parking is pretty bad. Be sure to figure that into your price, as it is not included in the room price, nor listed fees. But, the valet staff are very nice and are welcoming. * Update: I've stayed in four rooms here over the course of five weeks. Cold water runs hot on most days. Ice machines in the refrigerator do not work in any of the rooms I have been in. Room service generally only happens once every three days during an extended stay. Built-in microwave was inoperable and a very small, low-powered countertop microwave was in one of the rooms, instead. One room was missing a lounge chair. When asked about it, staff would not do anything about it. Rooms are solidly built and pretty quiet. Peachtree Street can be noisy most evenings. Would I stay again? Probably, but I'll do a little more shopping around before committing to it. I was on a time-crunch for this stay, and needed something soon.

        It’s almost 40 to park, the staff drink on the clock and attempt to come have sex with you , the tub was stained as were dishes in the kitchen, even the paper towels were used, at one point my door would not open and the engineer had to come change the battery but he turned out to be the kindest and most professional.. OSHA hung up the phone on me when I kept calling to check the status of my refund , because The manager Mrs Sabrina Smithe offered my money back and it’s January 12 and still nothing and my stay was 12/29/2023.. I went immediately the next day and stayed at a Marriott residence inn but a whole different location!! I will never step foot on that property again!! Corporate need a to some degree of checking on that property

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
