I was charged 1674.00 and I didn't even stay there, I cancelled my hotel within the cancellation guidelines, they said it was a non-refundable rate after the fact, but not clear to me on the website... if they had told me that it was non-refundable I would not have cancelled. Would be nice to get my money back... I would feel a little better if they took my money and maybe bought a new chair for the lobby and when I come into town I could sit on it at least. This makes me so happy... I didn't need that money anyway... if Marriott didn't steal it I was going to pour gasoline onto $1670 in cash in my driveway this evening and make a camp fire out of the bills In all seriousness, Marriott just lost a Platinum Elite customer... looking for suggestions on who I should switch to. Hyatt?

Excellent hotel. Clean, nice, and spacious rooms. The friendly staff made the check-in and check-out very smoothly. They do have free parking, and breakfast is included. Wifi reception was average, and could use some improvement. But it's good enough for an online meeting with every once in a while, a little glitch. Overall, it is definitely recommended, nice for one or two nights on your business trip.

Tom and Jacob were so accommodating to us. After our original stay got messed up, Tom hooked us up with wonderful room. My grandmother has mobility needs and Jacob was able to move us around so we were on the first floor with a walk in shower. We were in a bad situation and made our stay comfortable and safe and CLEAN. Thank you, boys.

great place. good customer service. rooms have king sized beds. fridge/freezer combo and coffee if thats your thing. could not hear next rooms tvs or conversations. but if they slam doors its loud.

The front desk clerk . Tom was very, very rude . He said he has worked there for 10 years . He doesn't know how to respect guests . We have a business trip. I have to call my cfo to fix our reservation. We have over 200+ rooms with the 5 hotel clusters . He was the only bad experience I had .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
