        So this stay was ok.. I wouldn’t go back . Only stayed for about 3 nights the location is good. Looks good on the outside and the front desk but totally different when you get in the actual hotel rooming area! The front desk area is totally different than the actually hotel itself. The front area is well lit, bright and vibrant , but the hall ways to the rooms are VERY DARK AND CREEPY. Def was uncomfortable walking alone. The elevators are old and the buttons are broken on them. Smells like strong weed! The front desk only had over priced diet drinks. Not even any water for sell (the staff will give you some). Also our room kept having some kind of beeping noise. The staff was very nice and helpful I must say! We did have an issue with our room key not working so we had to go back down to get another one. But the building and the rooms def need to be fixed. This place reminds me of an old run down apt building. I def wouldn’t want to put children in that bath tub, it just didn’t look up to par. Peeling and chipped paint, etc. The location is great! I just don’t like how you have to walk outside to get to your room to go into another building (bad weather). Overall, the room did its job , sadly I wouldn’t stay again. They need to update the building. Please look at the photos I posted of the broken buttons and dark hallways and chipped paint!

        1. It is a fact that the water was off for two days and the hotel refused compensation. 2. It is a fact I got stuck in the elevator and the GM said I did not inform the hotel. I did. 3. It is a fact the fire alarm went off and when we tried to escape we could not because the fire exits were gated off 4. It is a fact that an immigrant workman walked in on my nude daughter after she had gone to breakfast he had the key to unlock the double locked door 5. It is a fact that there is no hot breakfast and the breakfast table sits beside the checkin desks so they can make sure you don’t take too much 6. It is a fact there is no business center 7. It is a fact that the elevator is taped up and scary 8. It is a fact that you better know how to park to park here cause parking is tight 9. It is a fact that I personally think this is a horrible place.

        I'll start off by saying the staff was quite polite and helpful during my stay. The food was okay, not the best quality though. It was also easy to get into and out of while being relatively close to many things. The cons out weight this though. Paying for parking was an unwelcome surprise and it was the same amount I would pay for parking at an event, not overnight in a hotel parking structure that always had open spots. I suppose since they can tack on this parking fee as a surprise gotcha, they can get away with charging so much. The rooms are barely up to date technology wise and the decor isn't up to date. The elevator was so run down that the button for the first floor had fallen off and was taped in place. There was a colony of ants living in the elevator waiting room. My entire floor smelled like weed almost every time I visited. The carpet in my bedroom to the bathroom was ripped up and missing a large chunk. There were carpet nails sticking up that I stepped on. The water pressure and water heat were so poor at night I ended up waiting until midday to get a halfway decent shower. The bathtub stopper didn't work and I had to use a towel as a stopper to give my toddler a bath. This is just inexcusable with how much I paid for the room. I feel like I would have gotten the same treatment at a motel 6.

        The site was under construction and the front check in was not well staffed. We had to go in twice before finding someone at our arrival (6 pm, not randomly in the middle of the night or anything). They were kind enough to offer free parking due to our trouble checking in. I feel like for the location, parking should be free anyway, it isn't like you're in a busy downtown. The room itself looked good, however, there was some sort of deodorizer machine running when we got there which had the room smelling awful. We had to open the windows to air it out. We were in a room with a sleeper sofa, no sheets or blankets for that. We had to go up front to ask for some, they did have sheets and blankets but no pillows. Probably the most frustrating thing was the water in the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. I was surprised to have this type of experience at a Marriot.

        Just going to list the issues with the room: - smells of urine throughout the room - my key card has stopped working 2 times during my 3 night stay and required me to go to the desk for reassignment. - the entire floor stinks of weed smoke - showers do not get hot when set to the max setting. - no water bottles available for purchase in the canteen area. - bugs in the room Just be prepared to not want to touch anything in the room for fear of it being dirty, because it probably is. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the worst I have been in. The staff is nice and the breakfast is actually decent. But the rooms are disgusting, and that has been the report of not only me but my two coworkers that stayed here as well.
