Me and my family stays at this hotel for the New Year's and everything was amazing. The view was amazing. We had a good deal on the hotel. Staff was awesome. It was a nice experience seeing these people working on a New Year's makes me really appreciate the staff instead of staying home with your family they show up. They also Make sure we are accommodated and fully taking care of. Happy New years guys thank you so much everything was perfect I receive the new year in style

One of the better Marriott hotels I've stayed at over the past few years. Staff at check in was quick, efficient, professional, and helpful! Hotel is cleaner than most I've stayed in. Very nice to see that the shower appeared to actually have been cleaned and not just rinsed with "they do the work, so you don't have tooooooooo!" Excellent location in downtown! Withing walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, historical locations, shopping, and tours. Staff at the ground level lobby was also very friendly and helpful! Overall, it was a good stay!

Excellent staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful in meeting our needs. The morning breakfast was excellent having a wide selection of hot and cold dishes and non-dairy options. I especially liked being able to choose between either the Springhill or Residence breakfast restaurants. Rooms were spacious which really made for a relaxing atmosphere. Location was great and just a short walk to many museums, restaurants and travel destinations. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place has a great location, it's easy to get to all the main attractions and yes, a great FREE breakfast for everyone in your party. I would always look at some of the packages they have to offer to save yourself a little money. In addition, if you have an EV you can charge at the parking garage that is attached to the hotel. very convenient and worry free. The staff is always wonderful and tend to your needs as a guest should have them taken care of. This is a place I'm sure you will enjoy as I have.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and it was great! We were on the 14th floor and it was perfectly quiet. There was some traffic noise, but not so much that it kept us awake. The room was totally comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly, too. Location was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
