My wife and I had stayed at the adjacent Marriott OSU, so we assumed the Residnce Inn would be similar, and it was in many ways. However, we were very pleased with the amenities of the room having a kitchenette, a full-sized fridge, and a separate sofa area apart from the bed. Certainly a huge plus for anyone staying for an extended time! The Moda Bar was easily accessible from both the front and rear hallway elevators, and the food and drinks were perfect before heading out on the town that evening. We arrived back at the hotel around 3 am. and were surprised by the amount of activity on the floor above us. There were lots of stomping and running about, but it was the weekend, and we didn't see the point in complaining and ruining someone else's good time. The bed was comfortable and had us off to dreamland in no time. Another great amenity to the Residence Inn is its free breakfast buffet. It was a nice start to the morning as we were heading out. We've been back a second time after our first visit and experienced all of the same qualities from before. Certainly recommended for the location and price!

Liars, Liars, Pants on fire! When you have a 73 year old individual that requires ADA provisions and requires assistance from 2 staff members...... as a patron you would expect to be accommodated for a 4-day stay, especially as it was booked in advance. Shame on the staff for not having the room that was clearly booked. However their exuse was that it was booked 3rd party and the ADA request was not properly marked. Really? Thanks for the $50 discount, however it didn't help the staff as they had a tougher time in a regular room with a wheel chair, bed side commode and walker. Not to mention having to be creative with hygiene and toileting!!! Thumbs up to my staff for making the best of a bad situation. Thumbs down to the staff at the Residence Inn OSU for not having enough compassion to fix the situation. Won't stay here again.

We always have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The people are friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, and they will do what they can to make you happy. My husband and I just recently stayed to celebrate our anniversary and we bumped into the guest relations manager and told her we were staying for our anniversary. She brought us cheesecake and champagne to our room! They made this stay so special for us.

"I had a terrible experience at this hotel, it was the worst I have ever stayed in. I checked in at 5 am on a Friday for 2 rooms and was told by the rep. that I could check out the next day, Saturday, at noon. However, on Friday at 11 am, I received a call from reception asking me to either pay the extension charges or leave. This shows poor hotel management and inconsistency in instructions. When we all gathered our stuff to leave, I went to reception to explain the situation and reminded the rep of the agreement made at check-in. Surprisingly, the same rep, who asked me to pay or leave, he apologized and allowed me to stay without any additional fees until Saturday "as it should be". It is important for hotel mgmt and employees to understand that there are thousands and thousands of hotels to choose from, and customers will not hesitate to share their negative experiences. If the hotel management does not respond to this complaint, it will show that they do not value their customers and this problem can happen to anyone."

I’m currently a guest here with my daughter and fiancé. I have to say, the customer service of the staff here is incredible, the grounds are well kept, fresh clean rooms, and clean common areas. I highly recommend this property for a stay in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
