This is a newer hotel with a modern design. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. We stayed 7 nights and were very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to ask for towels every time we used the pool but they were always quick to bring them out. Good breakfast selection and lots of seating in dining area. Had to use the ice machine on a different floor as the one on our floor didn’t work. We let them know at the front desk but it still didn’t work by the time we left. Other than that, everything was great. Would stay here again.

The hotel is close to the airport and is also close to various restaurants and shopping areas although you will need a car to get around. The staff are very helpful and breakfast provides many options. The room we had was for 6 people and had its own kitchen. Downstairs, you have the swimming pool and outside sitting areas. It also has a gym and a free laundry and dryer room. I will recommend staying here.

Looks like a brand new place. Rooms super clean big and comfy. Beds were soft and mattresses weren’t broken in which is good. Breakfast was average and service was top notch. Location sucks cause you can’t just walk to places to eat. But the rooms make up for it. Short Uber drive to anywhere.

The room was very clearly designed. The kitchen is well equipped for light cooking. Beds are comfortable. Staff were nice and accommodating.

I should have said the great place that this hotel is. The manager already thanked me for my rating, but I wasn’t kind enough to say anything nice. It’s a very neat place. Having a pool outside was a great addition to our vacation!!! Thank you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
