        The rooms at this hotel were gross. They need a major renovation and layout was horrible. Also, the customer service at the front desk was just poor, but the breakfast staff was very very nice. They couldn’t get my Marriott Bonvoy number correct. Also they kept saying they didn’t have water bottles, but the breakfast staff gave me bottles. I asked several time. Was here for work and will make sure I don’t stay here again. There are better options around the area

        Service was phenomenal, rooms could have been ok but our pull out couch was broke and since there was only 1 bed… well wouldn’t work for 4 of us. They transferred our reservation to a courtyard.

        Good location but the worst place stayed in the Marriott chain. As a Marriott platinum member, they need serious maintenance issues and the front desk service manner. I already made a complaint to the management. Hope they fix the issues.

        The rooms at this hotel were gross. They need a major renovation and layout was horrible.         Horrible experience. The rooms are old and smelling, the receptionist was very nasty to us. You can hear toilets flushing through the walls, you can hear every step of the people above you, the elevator was broken, the pool was locked much earlier than we were told, and there are puddles to walk through if it is raining. It has a men's flop house vibe, the price is low for a reason.

        We had a very bad experience to stay in this hotel at Oct. 6 night. The location is good, right next to the galleria mall, but room is old and with a smell, but it was still okay. We got a room with broken bedside lamp and almost falling shalf near the sink, which is very dangerous. (See the pictures). We called the front desk and ask for changing to another room, they said that they would send someone coming up immediately and check. After 1 hour waiting, no one came. So we went to the front desk. Manager Michelle received us with attitude, showed her "apology" in a very rude way. She insisted that the rooms are all full, no room available for us to change. She gave us 3 options: 1. We MAY be able to change to a new room tomorrow, she will take a note and check if there's any room available after tomorrow 3pm. 2. She will send someone to see if the shalf and lamp could be fixed tomorrow. Either way of above, we would need to stay with falling shalf and broken lamp for at least one night. And we would also need to pack our staff to restore at the front desk in early morning next day based on their convenience so we won't occupy 2 rooms. " And I will give you some points as compensate, fair enough?" she said. How can this be fair? We are expecting to spend a comfortable night in hotel, but in the end we are the one who pay the full price also burden all the risks. Eventually we choose option 3, we asked for all of our money back and change to another hotel at 11pm. We had a very bad experience at this residence inn with its rude hospitality.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
