Most of the staff we encountered during our stay was friendly and as helpful as they could be. When I checked in, I was told there was an indoor pool, but it was not heated. The website advertises a heated pool. It was too cold for my kids to swim and it was green and dirty-looking. There were also no towels in the pool area. However, I’m sure nobody uses it much once they see/feel it. The first morning we were there, we went down for breakfast. They were out of plates, most foods, beverages. There seemed to be one person trying to get everything replenished but there were a lot of hungry people just standing around waiting. This was hugely inconvenient when you plan on eating breakfast at the hotel. Our last night, we arrived back late after attending a friend’s birthday party. We couldn’t get in our room. The staff couldn’t get into our room. They moved us to a different room to sleep, with none of our things. When the shift change came, they were able to get us in to get our things at 7am. We needed to leave at 8am. This is a reflection of poor management and a huge lack of care for the customers’ safety, comfort, and delivering on the promises you make on your site. We will be contacting the manager directly and seeking a partial refund for getting locked out of our room we paid for with our belongings held hostage.

Great hotel right outside of Houston TX. Check in was fast and easy. Had plenty of parking unlike other hotels I have stayed at. Really my only complaint was that the USB wall port was not working. When I told the guy at the front test, his response was that it is a maintenance issue and shrub his shoulders. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Great breakfast also

Loved the spacious room with adequate workspace and kitchen/eating area. I especially loved the personal handwritten greeting to all Bonvoy members upon entering the hotel lobby on a whiteboard, inviting others to join. A simple gesture that was impactful. Check-in was easy, and William, who was manning the front desk at the time, was pleasant, professional, and personable. Loved the location, too, with lots of eateries to choose from.

We stayed on a Saturday night. The hotel rooms were clean. It’s located just off of 290 and right across the street from the HCA hospital/clinic offices. The area seemed safe and well lit so I was surprised to read about any car break ins while reading other reviews. The breakfast was excellent and staff was hard at work keeping everything stocked and fresh. The attendants at the front desk when we checked in and out were courteous and helpful. We didn’t stay long but we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
