Good location, close to restaurants, and lots of parking. Pet friendly! When I got to the room, the fireplace was not working, and the glass shelf by the bathroom sink, in both bathrooms, was tipping over. We did not risk putting anything on there with the fear that it would fall and break. We called the front desk for maintenance to come. Show us how to turn on the fireplace and fix the glass shelves. We waited a while but no one arrived. So we called to find out the status, and they said they had just put in the request. At this time, we were heading out to dinner, and we canceled the request. The next day, we called again to have maintenance. Come over and discovered that the fireplace was not working at all, and then it had to be reported to engineering. They offered to switch as rooms, but by this point, we were already established. Had they come the day before, we would have accepted the room change. Management offered points as a partial refund, which I'm still waiting for to post on my account.

A nice place to stay for an extended time. The front desk staff was absolutely my favorite part of my stay. Niecey and Brandi took the best care of me and it was kinda card to say goodbye! The grounds were well kept. Bedrooms and shared spaced were clean and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were a nice place to relax without leaving the grounds. The only think that could be improved on would be the laundry setup. There was always one item not working, meaning the dryer but not the washer. All around a great stay!

While slightly dated, the room was completely functional, though the lighting in the kitchen area could use a bit of a boost, it is consistent with other Residence Inns. This property stands out with immaculately clean rooms and kitchens, and the staff were wonderful, between Brandy at the front desk, as well as housekeeping and maintenance, they all went above and beyond.

Location is sketch at first,but then you find out it's in a better part of Houston. Close for work, good food, renting a vehicle, etc. The staff is outstanding.... MUCH better than what I saw/had at the Residence Inn in Beverly Hills & downtown L.A. Rooms are dated but ok. The one, rather big issue, was I saw a small roach (yes, really) on the kitchen counter. I don't leave food out from living in FL years ago. Hot, humid states have bugs - fact. Told a maid. Hopefully, they'll set traps or spray.

Very disappointing. Have been to Marriotts all over the country and world, and this may be the poorest service I have received. Checked on maid service twice during the day and was assured service was happening. No service. Minor other issues, but overall lack of care about customer service is the reason I can not recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
