This is a long and terrible story about our experience with this hotel. As a group of three couples occupying three different rooms, we have plenty of impressions to share: 1. One of the two elevators malfunctioned on the second day, resulting in long waits for the remaining one. 2. Keys stopped working at least 10 times in less than a week for the three couples, exacerbating the inconvenience caused by the broken elevator. 3. Umut Akin, a reception worker, was rude, unprofessional, unkind, and disrespectful: -He attempted to assign one of our couples to the first floor, while the other two rooms were on the 9th floor. After discussions, he reluctantly changed it to the 7th floor, treating it as if we owed him something. -He prioritized conversations with Turkish-speaking individuals not in line before us, solely because we didn't speak Turkish. -He declined to print crucial pages and couldn't fix keys after three attempts. 4. A used baby diaper was found under the bed at the end of our stay. 5. We discovered a nightclub on the 14th floor, unbeknownst to us before booking, making it impossible to sleep due to the high bass vibrating the walls. 6. The condition of the elevators inside was subpar, with fingerprints and dirt present throughout our stay. 7. The condition of the 9th floor was terrible, with scratches on the floor and mold on the ceiling. 8. Mold was discovered in the bathrooms around the shower area and sink. Perhaps this isn't an exhaustive list of our memories, but it should be sufficient to draw conclusions.

Very clean, easy to reach even by bus, and the housekeeping service was superb. They take care of the details and they provide the best service. As for the breakfast, it was fair. You can find a big variety that suits your taste. The only problem was the elevator. The elevator takes around 5-10 mins.. time wasting..

Staff is very friendly Really loved our stay here came back twice for the cozy feeling the studios rooms have the beds are so lovely super soft we love the location close to nice hookah bars and coffee shops will be back one I come back to visit Istanbul.

Overall experience was good, Rooms were amazing like a full studio apartment with full kitchen. Bathrooms were clean with all facilities. I am more impressed by the rooms rather than the whole building, but if you compare the price it is good. Staff were very helpful with me, it was a smooth check as i got it the booking against my Bonvoy Points. Reception guy even arranged a taxi for me to the airport, gave a late check out. Reasonable options of restaurants nearby. International and local food chains available. A bus stop is also near, but only draw back is the location from all landmark places, Minimum one hour far from every landmark. Thats the biggest draw back, you need to commute very far and tiring if you use public transport. If you have work with the same area then its best place otherwise as a tourist its not recommended

I have stayed here 6 nights and I must say it’s Amazing customer service, special thanks to Esra, Umut, yigitcan,Izel (supervisor), all of them were so helpful, helped me with pretty much everything, esra was too nice with the iPhone charger lol, I have stayed at luxury resorts of Marriott but never was received so warmly. I am definitely staying here when I am coming back to Istanbul. Thanks guys for making my stay special.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
