        Being a Marriott hotel, this place was a big disappointment. It is definitely not up to their standards. It felt like staying at the low-end motel. The rooms were not updated here in a long time. Ceramic tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and the drain in the bathtub rusted. The bed skirt was stained by somebody previously staying in the room, and it was not changed. My biggest issue is that the room was not cleaned for 4 days. Garbage cans were overflowing. When we contacted the front desk about it, we were told that they cleaned the room only on Thursday's. Please look for a better place in your search for a hotel room.

        My review is a little late since we went there a month ago, but the staff were incredibly nice! Ms. Ivy from breakfast was very sweet and even gave us muffins since I didn’t get any. We talked for a bit and she also shared a bit of her life and showed interest in us too. All in all, our family had a great stay at this hotel! Thank you to all of the staff!

        If you're like me they were exactly what I was looking for in a business trip. They nearly never bothered me, the room was always cozy and spacious and the staff were quite friendly. I just wish they had some kind of filtered water, they make you buy water and Vegas tap water is incredibly nasty but I guess that's not really the hotel's fault 🤷🏻

        If you're like me they were exactly what I was looking for in a business trip. They nearly never bothered me, the room was always cozy and spacious and the staff were quite friendly.         Aside from our room being ready more than 2 hours after it was supposed to be (and there being a lobby FULL of people waiting for their rooms, too) the hotel was quite nice. Management needs to prioritize having enough cleaning staff to keep up with their rooms.

        I had a reservation at Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas South in March for a late October stay. I canceled in July, well within their standard policy, without incurring any fees. However, on the day of my original check-in, I was hit with a $215 charge, labeled as a "no show." I contacted the third-party booking agency and provided them with my cancellation confirmation, but the hotel refused to refund the charge. This situation is frustrating and perplexing, as I followed their cancellation policy to the letter. It's a disappointing experience, and I'd advise caution when booking with this establishment. This kind of customer treatment leaves a sour taste in your mouth, and I certainly expected better from a brand like Marriott.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.
