I will share the details of this amazing experience and highlight the elements that made this hotel stand out. ‏Cleanliness and Comfort: ‏From the moment I entered the hotel, I noticed the high level of cleanliness and comfort it provided. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. The bed was clean and neatly made, offering me peaceful and extremely comfortable nights. Additionally, the public facilities in the hotel were very clean, including the waiting lounge, restaurants, and corridors. ‏Delicious Breakfast: ‏The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and diverse. A suitable variety of tasty foods was served to cater to all tastes. The halal options were limited (or not specified), and that is the only aspect that could be improved in this hotel. However, the breakfast offered a wide range of other options that I enjoyed. ‏Friendly Staff: ‏The service provided by the staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were always helpful, friendly, and ready to meet my needs. From the reception to the restaurant staff, the employees always prioritized guests and provided assistance with a smile.         For London circumstances the rooms are spacious. Location is 10 minutes walking distance from Kensington west Station (District line) and 15 minutes from Earl's court station. But rooms are clean, has a decent gym and breakfast is for free (nothing special but English breakfast with real good croissants). I would recommend and come back.

        I’m a Titanium Elite member and have stayed at many different Marriott hotels. I chose this hotel because I needed month-long option with facilities like the kitchen and laundry. Safe location (though not central) was important. Overall- I had a good month in London and am grateful, but this hotel needs improvement!!! Pros: location, overall nice rooms considering it’s London (can’t really compare to USA where you get bigger better rooms for less), free laundry, free breakfast, the front desk try to accommodate Cons: EXPENSIVE (I know it’s London but it’s ridiculously expensive… it’s not even in the heart of London and they should offer better deals for long term stays). First day they put me in a tiny, dark, loud room next to traffic and elevators, so I asked to be moved. They accommodated and a larger room which was nice.) DIRTY (Yes, I’m a little picky but this is true… even after I spoke up about it, the cleanliness was still an issue. They don’t deep clean and it feels dirty, very little effort with vacuuming and mopping and I had to do my own cleaning.) Had an issue with cleaning lady kicking me out of the room while she was in it. I can’t put in words the discomfort I experienced daily with the cleaning staff— it’s actually ridiculous. Ironically, the cleaning staff spend all day in the hallway and so days I stayed in felt a bit claustrophobic. Also I was next to service elevator and the staff woke me up with their carts at 8am. Breakfast was the same everyday. Elevators took forever! Slow and busy. Laundry free but often broken and occupied. Front desk not as good customer service as I’ve experienced at other Marriott hotels. Felt like my Titanium Elite status meant very little. In conclusion, I don’t mean to complain but I want to share the truth of my experience and this Marriott needs a lot of improvement.

        We had a wonderful stay here! Arrived to the city early in the day and took our luggage to the hotel to store until room was ready. They offered us to stay and enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore...what a lovely bonus surprise! Excellent full English breakfast! Room was large and very nice. Things were always clean and looked great. Location was right next to a grocery store and with a kitchenette was great for snacks. Bus stops a minute to 3 away!

        So where to start, the rooms was quite big compared to European standard and was equipped to make my own food which was great if I needed to, they don't have any room service from the hotel kitchen and they use the nice Italian restuarant across from the road, which is easy to deliver and the pizza is quite nice. The gym in the property is not very big, but got the basics. What I did like is that they had a little shop downstairs so if you felt like a little snack you did not need to leave the hotel late night. I'm not a breakfast person but if I was I would have been disappointed as not to much of a veriatry, and when order the food was not as per the standard. But overall the staff is friendly and supper helpful.
