Best location in Zone 1 , in the heart of London. Both the bridges are walking distance . Rooms are very good with kitchen and laundry facility, highly recommended for longer stay. No dining service in the hotel but many restaurants are located within 2 mins distance

Came here as a 1 night treat for my Mrs Birthday. It was absolutely fantastic! We both enjoyed ourselves there so much that we booked another night! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel. We bith loved the room and will definitely come back!

Wow! What great value for money. Rooms are so fancy, more than enough room for two people. People working here are super nice, always clean and lovely smell. The food and breakfasts provided here are prefect too. Amazing cocktails :) Near plenty of bus stops and underground stations. I will definitely be going here whenever I go to London, from now onwards! Best Guy in the hotel is Ramees. He help me keeping my luggage in storage for 12 days with a locker. What a lovely guy. He is just absolutely best guy in your hotel. I was going to Europe trip and coming back after 12 days. But he helped me so much in that and solved my biggest problem . I am blessed that I booked this property. Thank you so so much Ramees.

Good size rooms for London. Staff friendly. Air conditioning wouldn't let me select the required temperature so hard to turn it off as kept going above 22 degrees nd it was a different model than the instructions applied to. Location good. Bed a bit squeaky.

Not too big rooms, but good use of space considering kitchennet has been placed in the rooms. 15 mins from the tube station London bridge, buses available in 5 mins distance. The breakfast buffet doesn't have variety but is decent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
