        Our stay at the Residence Inn was superb, from the time we arrived to when we left the staff were always friendly and ready to help. This made our stay really pleasant, especially when we needed help. Sviat at the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful! We stayed in one of the studios, the rooms are modern and spacious and beds are comfy and it’s close to the city centre and shops. Breakfast was like usual breakfast but, it’s nice to be able to take a tray up to your room. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Manchester!

        Rooms are spacious and nice standard. The lay-out of the hotel means the rooms are external and you have to wrap up to get down to breakfast, which is not good quality at all. Would make more sense to put a nespresso machine and a few capsules in each room (as with some hotels of the same standard).

        I booked the Queen Studio for 4 nights. Room is pretty comfy and looks still new. But the blanket was quite this and I felt cold every night. I wish I could get an extra bed cover. Service is absolutely fine. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is okay. Breads beans, selection of coffee and tea. One thing I realized, they didn’t clean the room every day. But it is not a problem for me. Location is 15 mins walk to Piccadilly Garden area. There is some construction nearby. But nothing bother me. It is also close to ALDI and M&S Outlet

        Great stay room was very modern and clean, beautifully decorated and with its own little kitchenette and fridge. The curtains were very good on keeping room dark in the early morning. The toiletries had a lovely original scent too. The breakfast was very nice and lots of healthy products too. Would definitely go back. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

        Fantastic hotel! As an American traveling around England I was very happy to find a Residence Inn abroad. This hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable and the studio room had a fantastic amount of space (something hard to find in England)! I’ll be staying here every time I’m in Manchester. If you are lucky enough to checkin while Patrick is on the desk, you will have a fantastic experience! Patrick was super nice, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I hope to see him next time.
