We stayed at the Residence Inn Miami Airport at the tail end of our Key West trip. Over the years I have come not to expect much from airport hotels. This was very much an exception. Very clean and nice. We ate at the Marriott conveniently located across the parking lot, no more than a 3 minute walk. The food was excellent and we were able to charge to our room at the Residence Inn. Their airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes which is very convenient.

You have so many choices to stay at in this area! Do not stay here! This is supposed to be a hotel for a long stay. They charge you for every single package that comes to your room. Not a $1-2 delivery fee. They actually call it a handling fee. Upwards of $20!! So if you forget something small and try and order from Amazon you pay 5 times the price to have it delivered. Sadly I’m here over Christmas this year and my little brother tried to surprise me with a very small 2x4” box of homemade caramels. I refused to pay their outrageous fees and the staff kept the package and returned it to sender to my little brother. I think that sums up the value of us as their customers. The breakfast is not very good. There isn’t any redeeming reason to be here. I’ve stayed at the Sonesta across the street and it’s better in every way! Update: As you can see, the manager posted a message saying they have resolved the situation. Very prompt response from the manager. She stated “Proper actions have been taken”. Apparently this service originated response was to return my Christmas packages to sender because I am not willing to pay their outrageous hostage fees they hold on personal mail. Again, I will say that there are many options in the area. Including a residence inn in Dorel about 10 minutes away. And they charge the same thing every other hotel in the US charges for mail. Absolutely nothing! Please don’t give this hotel your money, they won’t give you good customer service. At least not without outrageous fees.

I gave one star because I could not give zero my brother is staying at the residence Inn and he’s there over Christmas time. I sent him a package of treats that I had made and I paid the postage to get to him. The front desk said they would only give it to him if he paid a $15 handling fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. They didn’t do anything except for except the package. I was trying to do something nice for my brother at Christmas time and this is how they handle the situation. I will never stay at This hotel such incredibly poor service.

Horrible experience…. Had a situation where we were waiting in line to get to the counter to check in. They had two lines going on. We stood in the second line, while another couple stood in the 1st line. Our line moved faster than theirs so it was our turn to get up to the counter. Instead of them waiting in their line they cross over into our line and cut us in line. We ask the desk people is it two separate lines, they said yes. But of course because they’re privileged they get to do what they want and the manager gets to kiss their butts. The rooms aren’t in the best shape. The shuttle service driver didn’t even wait until everyone sat down before driving off, making someone almost fall trying to get to their seat because he drove off so fast. Of course the manager ran and catered to them, walking them to their room.

The room is decently sized, including a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The room was clean and in good condition. The free airport shuttle got us here with minimal difficulty. The free breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
